Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bulverde

I arrived at this location at 11:20pm. The open sign was lit and the door clearly stated that they did not close until 12am. The front door was locked. I could see 2 employees inside, so I knocked. I was ignored by both employees. I then noticed music coming from inside, so I knocked again thinking they may not have heard me the first time. Still ignored. I then left and called the location. I spoke with the Manager, Victor. I explained everything and was offered to solution or apology. I asked if it was common practice to have the music that loud in the store; no answer. I then asked if he thought my experience was a good business model practice; he stated no. Victor never asked to fix the situation or give any type of solution. He did, however, confirm that the store was, in fact, open.

My advise to all residents of Stone Oak, Timberwood Park, Silverado Hills, or any other neighborhoods on Overlook Pkwy and Canyon Golf, is drive to Pizza Hut or Little Caesar's. These employees and their manager obviously have no idea what...

Read the recent reviews. This place was one of the only food delivery options in the Timberwood park areas for a long time. They were great but have really gone down hill. I order the same thing for my family every time and the price is always different. The employees don't know the menu or coupons. Management is consistent when you get them on the phone. The food is also very inconsistent, different every time, sauce, cheese and toppings you never know what you will get. Other than management the employees could care less about you. I really hope they improve but I would suggest ordering from the new Pizza Hut. You can order online from them unlike here where even thought I am in Silverado hills, 3 minutes away, you still can't order online. Food service is always hard, I have been a customer for years so I have been okay with the inconsistencies with this being one of the only options so I gave them a break, but now after my order tonight charged $10 more then usual from an employee that couldn't wait to get me off the...

I am going to be generous with the 3 stars because I try to be fair, however the first time i ordered from here I got a cheese pizza for carryon that was cold and hard like cardboard the second time I just tried delivery and the pizza was ok, ordered extra cheese and it looked a bit sloppy however I ordered cinnamon twist and they didn’t even give me icing, so then when I call back to the store the cashier ask me if I am sure it’s not in the box, as if I am dumb and couldn’t recognize missing icing, so then when I ask how they are going to rectify the problem (discount or something) she says well it’s only 5 mins down the street...

I didn’t make you guys wait 5 mins to pay you $20 for a medium pizza and cinnamon bread so I shouldn’t have to wait 5 mins for my icing without being compensated something for the inconvenience, in the service industry especially food service a simple “sorry” doesn’t cut it
