Disappointing experience with this establishment after having the same issue on multiple occasions.

There are 2 opposite drive thru lanes and the Barista doesn’t keep track of who got into the lines first. So if you’re waiting behind someone for 10 minutes and someone comes into the opposite line 9mins after you got there they’ll serve them first instead of you. And the 10mins wait was because the Barista was talking to a customer for the whole duration and lied by saying “I was making food”

On top of that the coffee is very expensive for what it is. Not too good not too bad.

Major improvements needed in service at this...

Everytime I come here I get bad service. It's close to my house so I've came back even after the bad service to try to give it another shot. Because hey we are human, I get it, maybe they were just having a bad day or busy on the days I've came. My last straw though was today when i went in for a coffee. The coffee tasted really bad so I asked the barista with the green highlights to remake it... She did but she charged me another 7$ for another coffee, even after returning the bad one. I've never had to pay for a remake, so that really caught me off guard. I'd avoid this place and spend my money else where...

I came here to get a latte and a breakfast sandwich (other reviews say that they are great here). The coffee was fine, the "breakfast sandwich" that was on offer was a bagel with egg, ham and cheese that was heated in a bag in a microwave. The bagel was stale and unevenly heated and tasted as I expected when I received it in the bag. If this was on my way I would consider getting a coffee here again, but definitely would not get food from this place.
