This is the birria and tacos I’ve had this far north. Everything was fresh and so good!! I’m already plotting for when I can return. We tried a few things, the birria ramen, the Carne Asada burrito, and the pork adobada tacos. The pork wasn’t greasy and was flavorful. I enjoyed all the toppings in the burrito, it had rice beans meat lettuce guacamole sour cream cheese… so fire! And the birria ramen was delicious too. Very hot. I could tell they must make their own blend of chilies for the sauce. Even tortillas are handmade. Very friendly people working, i assume the owners. Hidden Gem – Amazing Birria & Salsas! Nearly drove past this spot, but I’m so glad I didn’t. I ordered a birria taco and a vampiro with consommé on the side—everything was fantastic. The meat was tender and flavorful, and the consommé was rich and deeply savory. Service was fast and friendly.

What really stood out was the salsa bar—easily one of the best I’ve come across. Each salsa brought something different: 🌶️ Smoky & spicy 🌶️ Spicy-sweet 🌶️ Spicy with a citrus kick 🌶️ Spicy-creamy – this one was my favorite!

I’ve order pizzabierra from this place many times and it’s been honestly delicious and affordable for a family of 6! This review isn’t about the pizzabierra though it’s the kids chicken burrito that I order on the side I have to say it was so salty for my child taste he couldn’t finish it.
