Seattle | The 🌮Taco Truck That Left Me Speechless with Its Deliciousness It's been a long time since I last posted about a food spot (I really don't have much to share... I barely eat out these days), but this taco truck is absolutely worth it!! (If you're nearby, you should definitely give it a try [sweatR]. If you're far away... I'm afraid you might set your expectations too high and end up disappointed [sweatR][sweatR]) "Speechless" – losing the ability to speak, completely in a state of excitement, waving my hands and just repeating "delicious, delicious" Eating at this taco truck felt like a rebound from the bottom of despair – #Seattle's Mexican food is really... nothing to write home about. The highly-rated places I've tried all left me with a "oh, that's it, okay, got it" feeling... I feel it's a bit pricey, a taco for $3 (but the meat is really generous!), but I'd rather pay more for a delicious taco than settle for less!! I'm not an expert on tacos (never been to Mexico or SD), but this place can rival the good ones I've had in LA, if not better!! Originally, there were 8 varieties, but yesterday they were out of Chorizo, so we had seven... One (probably beef head) was a bit dry; the fried pork rind in the Carnita had a strong porky smell [disappointedR][disappointedR][disappointedR] Every bite was a new experience!! Boiled, stewed, grilled, fried, pan-fried – each flavor was distinct!! (Not like many places where everything tastes the same) Ahhhh, I was so happy back then!!! This is the taco I've been wanting to eat!!! There were also caramelized sweet onions and pan-fried spicy jalapeños, with a squeeze of lime juice (they weren't very generous with the lime, so I had to use my own [sweatR][sweatR]), soft tortillas, and with every bite, the burst of meaty and unique spice aromas... I really!!! How can I be so happy!!! And it really got my appetite going………[cryR][cryR][cryR] 【Disclaimer: It might taste good to me because it's close to my place; and I really didn't have high expectations when I went... after all, Seattle's Mexican food doesn't really inspire much hope [facepalmR]】 📍La Sabrosa Taqueria

This is the birria and tacos I’ve had this far north. Everything was fresh and so good!! I’m already plotting for when I can return. We tried a few things, the birria ramen, the Carne Asada burrito, and the pork adobada tacos. The pork wasn’t greasy and was flavorful. I enjoyed all the toppings in the burrito, it had rice beans meat lettuce guacamole sour cream cheese… so fire! And the birria ramen was delicious too. Very hot. I could tell they must make their own blend of chilies for the sauce. Even tortillas are handmade. Very friendly people working, i assume the owners. Grabbed some photos of the inside but food didn’t last long enough. Next time!

This spot is a birria lover's paradise! We tried the birria burrito, nachos, carne asada, and the unique birria pizza. Each dish was packed with rich, savory flavors that really hit the spot. The birria pizza was a standout, blending the cheesy goodness of pizza with the deep flavors of birria. The portions were generous, and everything was deliciously satisfying. If you're a fan of birria or just looking for something new and flavorful, this place is a must-visit.

Hidden Gem – Amazing Birria & Salsas! Nearly drove past this spot, but I’m so glad I didn’t. I ordered a birria taco and a vampiro with consommé on the side—everything was fantastic. The meat was tender and flavorful, and the consommé was rich and deeply savory. Service was fast and friendly.

What really stood out was the salsa bar—easily one of the best I’ve come across. Each salsa brought something different: 🌶️ Smoky & spicy 🌶️ Spicy-sweet 🌶️ Spicy with a citrus kick 🌶️ Spicy-creamy – this one was my favorite!

All were unique and clearly made with care. I’ll...

I’ve order pizzabierra from this place many times and it’s been honestly delicious and affordable for a family of 6! This review isn’t about the pizzabierra though it’s the kids chicken burrito that I order on the side I have to say it was so salty for my child taste he couldn’t finish it. I had to finish it because I didn’t want to waste food. I had to say it was very salty and disappointing it doesn’t have your usually authentic Mexican taste it was straight up salt. I expect it better because I had order food from...
