Everybody has rough days, esp service workers. But when your rough day consists of making fun of a customer's name, to their face, and being nasty to two teens looking for gluten free bread, maybe it's a sign to take a breather and come back in five minutes or something. I will not return here if the woman who was making the food is there next time. When I got to the counter, she asked me to wait so they could catch up on orders. I said, no problem, and waited patiently until another woman, the owner?, came over. Gave my order and then went outside to wait. Came back in after a few minutes and was ready to wait. Said employee told me that burritos take a long time cause you have to cook each ingredient separately and I said that's OK. She responded, "it'll have to be!", to which I just looked at her confused. When it was finally done the guy grabbed my ticket to call my name and then they both proceeded to loudly talk about how weird my name was and how they didn't know what it said or how to say it and maybe it was wrong. I went up and told them how to pronounce my name. The employee then said, "well I would've spelled it Kee.." and I interrupted and said, "that's not how it's spelled" and I spelled it for her. Workers said it is frozen pizza crust and they can't cook because on a pan to protect it. It will taste funky and not as crispy because of pan. But I dont understand, why under cooked is acceptable for someone to eat. IT'S NOT!! I asked one of the workers if she would eat it after I explained its raw crust and unedible.
