Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Burlington

WORST EXPERIENCE @ A DOMINO'S EVER! I ordered 4 pizzas over an hour ago at about 35 minutes the tracker said my pizza was delivered. I waited a few minutes figuring the driver was outside getting the order together I look outside he is no where in site so I call the store. The gentleman tells well it should have been delivered if you if you don't have it in 5 minutes call back. We waited almost 10 and called back I was told he left more than a half hour ago and that they would call. While I was on hold the driver shows up with the pizza my husband answers the door and asks" where ya been, it's been a long time" the guy gets pissed start saying excuse me I deliver your pizza drive the streets for you and you talk to me like that. I step to the door to alleviate any testosterone battle between 2 upset men and just explain that I want to make sure they are still hot. I know that they have been in a car for more than half an hour when the store is 1.1 mile from my house 5 min. according to Google maps. He gets angry again and tells me they are hot I ask if I can just check and this clearly upsets him he rips open (literally the top tore)and I am able to stick my finger directly into the pizza. Is it warm yes did I pay for hot yes. I refuse the pizzas and he slams my screen door and leaves by peeling rubber in front of my house. The store has promised to send new pizzas with a new driver but I have been listening to 4 hungry teenagers for 1 hour 20 minutes and I still have no pizzas but the full price of the pizza has been removed from my checking account. Sincerely the worst place I've ever been. Someone who is in charge should restaff.

I've eaten at plenty of places, ordered from thousands of people of all cultures in many different country's, in 11 languages, The people here are so rude I am appalled that a franchise license was given to people such as these. When you go into any business where you are giving them money for a product, The customer and Retailer deserve the same level of respect. If the retailer is having a bad day they need to push through it and serve people without a negative approach and no bad attitudes, I didn't get one iota of respect here and was even bad mouthed in Portuguese, which is so stupendously rude there are no words. I was berated essentially in another language the employees assumed I didn't know. They even call me a word I won't repeat here. I've reached out to Domino's corporate office and the supposed Franchisee here, I haven't received any response. I will tell you that I was defamed and put down because the employees here can not follow a simple order. Would it change anything of I ordered in Portuguese or Hindi, maybe Chinese, I doubt it. There are alternatives to the pizza here, in the immediate area, but Domino's is pretty tasty in a pinch. If I ever return to a Domino's it will not be this location or any that this franchisee owns. I have never tried dominos before so I decided to give it a shot. With that in mind I have also never been more disappointed and angered by a food establishment in all my life as this store. I had ordered food on April 14th around 11:40 for delivery for three pizzas and a soda with a 9 dollar tip for the driver. The order was being quality checked at 12:07 by Tamara. After waiting for it to be sent out with a driver for close to an hour I called the store only to find it went straight to an automated message saying the store was closed. About two minutes later we got a text saying the order had been canceled. I happen to work for a different pizza chain as a manager and I would NEVER allow a guest to be so blatantly disrespected. The fact I wasn’t contacted prior is unbelievable. I am astonished people pay good money to be treated like garbage but I guess that is what I should come to expect. Hopefully I actually get my money back. Truly unprofessional and ruined my night. If I could give less than one stars I would. Not sure how the food tastes but i guess I never...
