My experience was very unpleasant one I was there the other day and there were three employees working two of them were working on Express orders that were called in and pay for and only one was working on the actual customer standing in front of them the other two weren't even paying attention to the fact that the line was building up on was already back to the door I wound up being late for work because of this when they got to customers working on Express orders and the line builds up then one of them needs to walk away and help the guy or the girl at the counter working on the customers that are actually building up right then and there in front of them and then go back to the express orders after and they're not doing that they're totally ignoring the customers that are building up in front of them and leave me here for one person to do and then because of that while I was waiting to get waited on five of the people walked out because they didn't want to wait in the line so that meant that they lost 5 sales because of their ignorance they need to pay attention to the actual live customers in front of them take care of the people that are actually right there in front of them then worry about the express orders or they're going to continue to lose sales every time I go in there people walk out the door because they don't want to wait in line because they can see that the other two employees aren't even paying attention to the line that's building up while I was waiting the two employees it will working on the express orders both looked up and saw how the line was building up and ignored the looked back down at the expresso doesn't continue working on them it's really infuriating when...
Read moreThis place is getting worse. I ordered 2 coffees. Notice only one was rang in so I mentioned there was two. So they had to ring in two separate transactions which is fine. I get to the window and the cashier was confused. So finally after figuring it out, i handed him the cash and then he asked if i would like to use the remaining change for the second transaction. Sure of course. In the process of ringing in the second transaction he handed me back my change, 3 dollars short. I told him i was short and he seemed really confused. Then handed me one coffee and said goodbye. I was still waiting for my second coffee which i told him and he got confused and then asked which coffee it was, both the same coffees. Finally got it. This young man’s level of customer service is unmatched by any other coffee shop I’ve been to. He immediately offered me an apology and upgraded my regular iced coffee to a blueberry iced latte with oat milk, free of charge. He told me he was going to put extra care into making it and the finished product was the best coffee I’ve had in a long time.
