Not happy with McDonalds here in Burlington Colorado! My son, a friend and I went to eat here yesterday and the service was not exceptable at all, I had ordered two plain hamburgers for me and they couldn't get the order right at all! One manager there seemed like she didn't want to help out at all and they were busy as heck and they didn't have enough help. My friend ordered her food and an ice cream cone which she wanted her the cone first then her food and couldn't get it cause no one turned on the ice cream machine, no one made an effort to make sweet tea or clean the tables or sweep the floor. This place says they aren't hiring but they sure look like they need all the help they can get, especially with one of the managers that was working! If you don't want to be a manager then step down and give the job to someone that will be in a happier mood and want to be there to help when needed and not sit in the office and not respond when asked for help and literally yelling at one of the employees right in front of all the customers, that is not ok at all! No manager should do that to any employee whatsoever, be more respectful and ask to speak to him/her away from everyone and in the office area where no employees or customers have to hear what's going on! I will be contacting corporate and complaining! I went to McDonald's again today (6-21-18) with my friend, she has ordered two SAUSAGE McMuffins on the all day breakfast menu and got 2 McMuffins with HAMBURGER on them instead of SAUSAGE! JUST WONDERING IS IT REALLY THAT HARD FOR SOMEONE TO READ ENGLISH AND FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. AGAIN NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER ANOTHER COMPLAINT TO CORPORATE!! It was not at all this bad when Ethel was managing this store! Hire people that are willing to bust their butts (ass) off and work when they are needed or called in all the time!!!!! (Excuse my language for earlier). Just a concerned customer! ...
Read moreJust when I thought I've seen the worst one, here's another one that tops it off. We first stopped at Goodland, KS McDonald's, but they don't seem to want to serve us. So we walked away. They're not busy at all. There's one guy waiting for his change for a $100 bill in front of us. The staff didn't know what to do with the $100 bill. There's two workers working the drive thru, but no one at the counter. No wonder this town is drying up and blowing away. Most restaurants and businesses are closed down. Then we stopped at Burlington, Colorado McDonald's, the same thing. It's like a ghost town. I can see why they give such poor service in these places. Going back to McDonald, we ordered Double Quarter Pound Cheeseburger combo meal and the Artisan Grilled Chicken sandwich because they looked mouth-watering, scrumptious food on the menu marquee. When we got them, "what you see is not what you get"! It's totally different food. The picture looked like they're over topped, flowing out of the bun. My grilled chicken was dry. I told my husband to never get dinner from McDonald's. Their breakfast food are good, but not anything else. Although we had gotten some good Big Mac and Buttermilk Chicken sandwich recently in our neighborhood of Florence, Kentucky. It might be just the franchise, or even the food turn over. Others are better...
Read moreTerrible experience. The workers are rude. They shut the drive through doors without even saying "hello" or "have a nice day". They cannot for the life of them find workers that know how to run a simple computer program. There network is always down and can never scan coupons. Even when they are up and running the workers freak out like these never scanned a coupon before. They try tell you that it doenst work so they dont have to do any extra work. They do not put any effort into their job. The food is decent. Usually put together well so props to then on that , but how hard is it to heat up a burger an I right?
The only nice drive through experience I have is with a tall young lady with I think brown/black hair that is usually really nice and on top of things, says "hello" and "thank you" all the all the time.
All in all they need better workers. I know that's hard to find in this area but it is...
