Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Burton

I pulled up to the drive-through. There was one car in front of me finishing his order up. He pulled up to the window and I pulled up to the speaker to give my order. The girl came over the speaker and I quote your going to have to Wait a minute. Not welcome to dairy queen or any kind of introduction. After waiting until they fully served the car in front of me then they took my order. I pulled up to the window there was at least five employees working with two wearing headphones to take orders . I was very surprised I had to wait to give my oder . I ordered a medium blizzard with snickers and heath with chocolate ice-cream and a large blizzard with snickers and reeves peanut butter cup with chocolate ice-cream. When I git home to eat my blizzard there was not a bit of reecese peanut butter cup in it . It wouldn't be a big deal but you have to pay alot extra money for the second item added and then I didn't even get it . Not to mention only one person worked on my order while the other 4 workers were just goofing of and chatting. I'm very disappointed in the service irecieved. Horrible... I don't know what happened to this place but it went from pretty good for the past few years to absolutely terrible. Todays visit was so bad that it finally motivated me enough to leave a review. After waiting inside for over 30 mins for my order (btw, there were no other orders infront of mine), the girl at the counter kept asking me what i was waiting for. I retold her my order several times and she'd say ok, they're working on it just a few more minutes... that happened several more times. The 4th time she said, now what are you waiting on?.. I said seriously??? im still waiting for my order, i haven't got it yet. She looked confused an got an attitude and said well she don't have anything on her screen so why am i still standing there. What a braindead idiot! I got the manager and got a refund. They didn't even apologize for any of this. I won't be back... its a shame too, this was our nightly ice...

Dairy Queen in this location is usually very good and service usually the best. Tonight I found them to be overly slow. Maybe new personal not sure willing to give them another chance but the service wasn’t very good. The young man at the window forgot to give my credit card back until he realized I was still waiting at the window. As my order was being handed to me I noticed that my blue raspberry freeze was mistakenly a blue raspberry slush. I told the young man of the mistake and his response was we blend them now so it just looks different but it is a freeze not a slush. Stupidly I took the slush and after getting my credit card back drove away. As I arrived home and started to try to enjoy my freeze I sadly realized that Dairy Queen had not changed the way they make freezes nor had they changed the slush. My freeze was indeed a slush.
