Oasis Lounge — Restaurant in Butler District

It’s a divey place you may not think of for food but I recently tried the Weirton famous French burger and it really changed my opinion on burgers…I’m not a burger person, never have been..but I like spicy food and was actually amazed at the size of this thing! It is 16$ but absolutely worth it, as it’s basically 3 burgers in one… the spicy sauce was awesome, not too overpowering, just enough heat..I actually added some PEPPERONCINIS at home..and we still had 1/2 left the next day..again most leftovers I’ve tried have been not great to say the least, but I heated the burger up in the air fryer oven on BAKE, for 6-7 mins, it was literally still so amazing!!! I don’t frequent this location, I don’t think I’ve ever even had a beer there before, BUT.. do yourself a favor if you like unique burgers..and GET THE FRENCH BURGER!!! & the only reason I rated service a 4/5 is because it took quite a while for our pick up order, which was only the burger, but after seeing its size, it’s understandable, you’ll be waiting 25+ mins..super worth it..My grandpa worked in the mill his entire life basically and would always rave about these burgers and getting to enjoy one definitely made me feel ...

Oh hell! This freaking place was hella welcoming. Honestly, I haven’t felt this accepted in a very long time. Also, it had been about 15 years since the last time I went to a bar and I had no regrets accept I left my jacket.

But hey, life is life and a freaking bar sometimes can be a hellava escape from life.

But, that is a bar. Talk about the people, well they were hella great. Maybe life was just perfect for me today , but all went well and sometimes maybe it can for you too, if you find your little Oasis.

This is a bar in Weirton, Wv. So if you be yourself, abide by local customs & courtesies, and be friendly, then you might get a couple of hours of relief.

Now when I was here, there was a couple of us f’ed up American Veterans and those dudes were beautiful. But my old ass would have liked to have seen some of you local hotties. So if you’re 18 to 80 get yourself feeling good and come have a drink. So I can possibly meet your beautiful ass

So, Ron (I think that’s your name) don’t sell or close. Your bar was a very comfortable place for me...

The staff rock!! They really go above and beyond to serve you either food or your drinks. Very down to earth and layed back atmosphere. If you want somewhere to go to just eat drink and relax maybe throw some moolah in the machines this is the best place to go!! I highly recommend the oasis...
