Wing It — Restaurant in Butler District

Called to order one day and a worker huffed and puffed when I tried to pay with card. Couldnt believe the attitude, then I was put on hold because it didnt go through the first time. I'm a generally a nice guy and I'm literally trying to give you my money.

I voiced my frustration. I was not only called out but given excuses for the horrible customer service. Whoever I talked to needs some training because I was on the verge of going there and giving them a piece of my mind. Dont make excuses for your bad performance and attitude while calling me out for being irritated because of it.

So the moodiness I can do without. Customer service is garbage. The hours suck. They take too long. And the fries are soggy.

Literally the only thing I liked is that the wings tasted good. So they are coasting on the quality of the wing. Hope they stay consistent on that end of the spectrum or else you'll have a more pleasurable dining experience fishing nuggets out of...

Ordered a few different things (chicken quesadillas, steak wrap, loaded fries, chicken wings) because we've never ordered from here before and everything was really disgusting. Even the fries were like hollow and just nasty, it tasted like they were fried in year old grease, as did everything else. The steak wrap was tasteless, and was just wrapped in a raw tortilla which was of course soggy & the blue cheese tasted (& was thick like) sour cream with chunks of green cheese in it. This is the best wing place and family food in the area! The burgers, fries, and appetizers are also delicious! We love everything in this menu but yet to try all the flavors! My favorite thing about Wing It is the staff because they are amazing people. The food is great but we love supporting these wonderful people!! Thank you Wing it!!
