Vocelli Pizza — Restaurant in Butler District

If I could give 0 stars I would. So I ordered a steak Stromboli and I guess somehow the button for light cooked got clicked, I go to eat it and the dough is RAW not lightly cooked, the box was falling apart and stuck to the bottom so it can't even be cooked. I called to say something just to be told.... not our problem bc it was lightly cooked, ok but light cooked it lightly cooked not RAW correct? And the box shouldn't be stuck to it. Not to mention, when did they get so small but still cost the same. So for a small and I do mean SMALL Stromboli with a side of cardboard, and a 20oz mountain dew cost me $17.36 plus a $5 tip to the delivery driver for something I can't even eat. And can't order anything else bc it was the last of my Money until Thursday.

I'm a former employee of many years and I still order the food if that tells you anything.

I went in recently and asked for a steak sandwich lightly done because I recently had dental work done. It was so perfectly soft. I devoured half of it in the parking lot like an animal and the other half at my home over the garbage can, as all kitchen employees current and former understand.

The food is consistently good, truly my go to when I'm hungry and don't want to cook for myself.

Super friendly delivery drivers and indoor staff as well. Remember to tip your divers well. Thanks for always having good food. 👍

We got some big fatty undercooked snappy texture chicken legs here after being long time customers, we can't go back. My wife coincidently met a gal at 7/11 that said she was taking over as cook at vocelli a while back, but something happens after being that turned off. (They sent it out the door like that) so too negligent in our view). This was a while back maybe 2 months ago, maybe it's fixed. But we still remember and they never offered to do anything about it after calling there, as well as speaking to apparently a replacement cook at 7/11. We were getting a pizza at 7/11...
