The ice cream was good but I had to wait for a sample bc employees were chatting. Then two different people made us our double dip cones and they were vastly different sizes for the same thing. I mentioned it nicely and was essentially told that’s just how it is. Plus, they said if you order the smaller cone you get more ice cream than in the larger cones we ordered? That didn’t make sense. They messed up and didn’t want to admit it. No need to lie. I was being perfectly nice. On top of all that, my colleague had a cone that was entirely hollow so it easily broke while he was simply holding it. I couldn’t believe his ice cream didn’t just fall off when he started eating it. Very deceiving. I took note and tried to gently push down the ice cream in my cone as I was eating. That worked but not really something I should have had to think about.

Also, beware bc they hand you your cone with no napkin or anything wrapped around it. If you’ve handled anything germy you may want to grab a napkin to wrap it yourself. These days, that just seemed odd to me.

I’ve no complaints about the ice cream. It’s always delicious. The workers seem nice, even if they talk a lot and keep you waiting. I simply felt lied to bc they didn’t want to make my cone right. Disappointed to the point where I doubt I’ll go back. It’s not like it’s inexpensive. It’s about...

A friend of mine took me here today for my birthday (which was yesterday), and I absolutely love this place. When my friend told me they sold books, candy, and ice cream i thought it sounded like heaven. I love ice cream and candy almost as much as I love books. And when I say I love books I mean I absolutely love them. I am constantly reading. Ok on to my review. First things first; Service. I believe it was the owner who served us and he was very kind. Secondly; Ice Cream. I got 2 scoops of strawberry cheesecake ice cream and I believe my friend got salted caramel. I've seen other people comment that it was expensive and I do agree. But it was worth every penny. The best ice cream I've had so far. Third; Books. They had a very good selection of books. I found so many that I've been wanting to get for a while. I usually buy my books used from Amazon in like new or very good condition, just because it is cheaper. I liked this place so much though I don't mind paying a little extra. Altogether, we got the 2 ice creams and 11 books, the total was around 164$. I don't think that's bad at all. All in all; I had an amazing experience and I will definitely be back. Thank...

I stopped at Prime yesterday for the first time. I've been seeing their advertisements on Facebook. I love ice cream so I figured it was time to go. The first thing I will say is it's not the easiest place to spot. I was looking for a big sign that said Prime in big letters. It's easy to miss if you are expecting to see a typical ice cream shop. I obviously found it though. I also didn't know it was a book / candy store too. That was a pleasant surprise. I actually found and purchased a book I have been looking for. They have a very large variety of candy there too. I was impressed with their selection. The place has an inviting atmosphere to it. It's definitely a nice place to come and have a sweet and read a book. Their ice cream selection is impressive. I ended up going with the cookie monster ice cream. It's just too neat looking not to try. I got two scoops, both of which were more than generous. I would definitely recommend going here. It's a good ice cream shop with an added bonus of a candy / book store along with it. You really can't ask for...

*Prime holds an amazing story time for the kids and it's clearly advertised as $10 with pre registration for the event and they sell out fast. If you show up the day of without registering, you will be turned away and that isnt the fault of the shop. šŸ‘šŸ’ā€ā™€ļø I wish people wouldnt give 1 star reviews based on their own bad judgement. A shop that sells books, candy, AND ice cream? It's pretty magical. Yes, it's a bit limited on space but honestly, all the BEST shops are. The employees are very friendly and answered all my questions, no problem. The ice cream is some of the best I've ever had. I can't wait to keep coming back and bring my family and friends to enjoy as well! The ice creams in my picture are Zoreo and Cookie monster and it may have been the perfect combo! The colorful rocking chairs out in front of the store is a great place to enjoy your ice cream on a nice day.
