Visited for the first time today. The coffee and service was great. I was shocked at how much flavor my iced coffee with French vanilla flavor had. I had to ask if they used flavored coffee too lol. They said just Columbian and they add shots of espresso to the iced coffee too. I can already feel the caffeine coursing through me 😆. Really flavorful coffee, not bitter or acidic.
I took a star off for atmosphere because there are no tables/chairs to sit down and have your coffee and maybe work on a laptop, write or something. It's still a "cafe" and for someone that grew up in PA, I am not accustomed to cafes with gambling/slots. So if you are coming here in order to get away for a bit and read/work from a laptop, this isn't the place for that.

Read moreBeen here three times this week while staying at Raccoon Creek State Park. Monday 4/15/24 was the best, it is hard to get the ice-liquid ratio right and they got it perfect for my frappe that day. The staff was hustling with a brisk trade each day which speaks to the quality and speed of service. Even though they were crackin’ busy each time, they were always friendly and accommodating. Pricing was lower than similar items at that “Astronomical Dollar” place (you know the chain). Their entrepreneurial drive overrides style though in the atmosphere department. They have a Skill Game cubby that takes up half the lobby space. There is standing room only. Get your coffee to go, you’ll be glad you stopped in, or use the drive through. I’ll be...

They offer more than just coffee too, fruit smoothies, baked goods, hot teas, and much more. Why would I go to Starbucks and spend $10 on a hot milk drink with coffee flavor, when I can get a fresh cup of coffee with a robust flavor here. By this point, I've tried their whole menu and almost all their special menus. If you are looking for a great cup of coffee without having to stare at a 16 year old who has never had a cup of coffee, leave those commercial coffee shops and go to The Coffee Bean. They also make amazing homemade scones and muffins, sometimes gluten free. They also occasionally sell fresh fruits and fresh veg...
