I haven't had problems there in as long as I can remember. But today it was horrendous. The only reason I'm taking the time to do this as the manager Older guy was no help at all. We told him we asked for refills and didn't get any the entire night as well as we haven't seen our waiter once the entire night since we got our food. It was like he went on break and left. His response was he is really busy. He never got us our refills either. Later on after still waiting and waiting for our bills we told another person who was the owner and he had no comment either. He said the waiter is getting the bills as we asked him about that. He came back afterwards and said he is almost done with the bills he is having some problems. I was blown away with the responses and how things were handled. If he was new go help him get the drinks when we asked go get the bills help him enter the stuff in the system. Our food was cold when brought out like it sat under a heat lamp while it waited for him to bring it. It will be a long time before I go back there. I might have to head to steubenville for Mexican. Very sad as we loved this place and never before had this type of experience and the lack of management to fix a simple issue was just...

I’m SO disappointed with this place. First I’d like to say I’ve been here MANY times before and always loved it and never had any issues. But tonight was different. I went there and they weren’t dead but they weren’t real busy either. I got seated right away and the waiter took my drink and food order right away. Got my drink and the guacamole I ordered and enjoyed it. Then it turned bad. My waiter forgot about me but didn’t forget about the other tables around me. I couldn’t get him to come over or look my way. I waited 45 minutes and was about to get up and leave and then another waiter asked if everything was ok and I finally got the chance to tell him. I would’ve been a bit more understanding if they were busy but they weren’t at all. I wasn’t even offered a discount of any sort or anything. I did get all I ordered but to wait 45 minutes because you forgot about me? And I didn’t even get rude about it, although I had every right to. I think I deserve SOMETHING for that. I’m not sure I ever want to go back, which kinda stinks because I did enjoy this place. I urge...

I found out first-hand today, what others meant, when they talked about things like...not having to wait long for service, food, or refills on drinks etc. I think this is hands down the best food in our area. Mexican cuisine or otherwise. I ordered the Fajitas Yucatan and wanted to swap tomatoes for the green peppers, no upcharge(like most everywhere else). A side of guacamole came in under $1.25 while the same size at a similar restaurant in nearby Wintersville, Ohio rang up almost $5.00. Restaurant was clean, food smelled good before you even entered, and the choice of outdoor seating(with a baby we opted out for todays visit)on this beautiful day was refreshing to see others enjoying the 81° weather after the cold spell that zapped our area. My husband and I will be back to sample other items on the menu. Very nice restaurant, every employee who passed us as we were being seated or upon leaving spoke to us or otherwise...

I only came here because of the few ppl that were hating on 3bad hombres (sn i love that place) said that they'd prefer this place instead. So i went to see what the hype was all about because i love mexican food. I came after work so i had my high visibility shirt on, however i got walked right past and the ppl that came in AFTER me got seated first 😓was a little Embarrassing. Waiter said he "didnt see me" everything after that as far as service was ok. Food portions are good but idk there just wasn't anything special that would make me double back. I received old gauc and pico as well. My quac was dark and so was my pico like the tomatoes were old or something. Jus wasnt that good for me to come back.

I would definitely come here again when I'm in the area. The service was top notch. The queso (cheese dip) was flavorful and spicy without being too hot. The salsa was tasty and thicker than those runny salsas at other restaurants. It was a little spicy without being too hot as well, but there's hot sauce on the table if you need more heat. The fajitas were cooked well and well seasoned. The chipotle chicken was fantastic and spicier than most. All in all the deserve fiber stars.

Went here for lunch after a long weekend at Tomlinson Run State Park. The food was absolutely amazing 🤩🤩🤩. I got the Mexican Chile Rellanos, and my girlfriend got the La Patrona. The portions are huge, I had to take a box to go. The food was also very flavorful and arrived hot off the stove. If you're ever in town and looking for a great Mexican restaurant, I highly recommend Chico Fiesta.
