Okay I was there last night at company get together. At 8:00 I was driving out of parking lot, there's only one way in and one way out. On the way out it's right hand corner and go up the hill. Well another vehicle was coming down the hill and their headlights were blinding at that angle, there is not enough room for two full sized vehicles on there driveway without hitting tree branches on passengers side. Do to the angle the branches are not visible at night. The banches caught my luggage rack and riped them off the vehicle. I talked to who I assumed was the owner that called me. He laughed and said I should watch where I was going even though the branches are definitely obstructing vehicle movement on a blind uphill corner. The branches are lower than 6 feet. I asked him politely to please pay for a new luggage rack. Again he laughed and said he's not paying for anything that that was private property and I should be more aware of my surroundings. And no I do not drink I had two glasses of water in three pieces of pizza, Bowled two games. I just want to post this so that everybody can read what kind of people are running the bowling alley. Okay now my unbiased opinion 😊. The balls they have there are reject balls people were probably throwing away. We were the first people there so I had a chance to go through every ball which wasn't very many. The pepperoni pizza had one piece of pepperoni per slice, and it wasn't that good. The shoes they gave me were ripped and torn at the heel, I exchanged the first pair and the second pair they gave me where the same way. Very short-staffed when you try to get a drink the bartender is nowhere to be found all I wanted was a glass of water.

I had my grandsons birthday party here last week. I confirmed the price (see below) when I made my reservation. I was charged $160 for 7 kids instead of $70. I was told that they hadn’t been able to update their website and the person I confirmed with made a mistake. Although the lanes are nice, and all the kids enjoyed themselves, I was angry that the price was way different than what I was originally told. I actually called 2 days ago just to ask the price of a birthday party, and again I was told $10 a child.

I go bowling perhaps once every three years, I visited on a Saturday night and found the pricing a bit steep—$40 for two people for one hour, excluding rental shoes. I believe it is $40 an hour regardless of group size so pricing would be better with a larger group. Not a bad place, typical bowling alley with kids blowing big clouds of vapes.

Heard about this place from a friend that attended a work party there. We were impressed with the atmosphere and sheer size of the place. Very large indoor sports room with several bowling lanes, pool tables, even indoor bocci. The restaurant bar is in a separate area. It has a large U shaped bar, several big screens with table seating, jukebox and dart boards. There were a few slots but the main cafe we were told is on the upper floor. The place looked really clean and organized we decided to sit at the bar since there was only one other customer, we were going to have dinner and drinks then try the machines. This is where it goes bad: I have never had such bad service. The bartender was behind the bar with what we assumed were other employees. It took 5 minutes for her to ask us what we were drinking. Despite saying we were there for food, we had to ask another employee for menus. The menu was larger than expected for a bar. We wanted some clarity on a few items but the bartender wasn't available so we settled on regular bar food. After at least 10 minutes, she takes our order by standing 10 feet away at the computer so we are yelling over the music. The food was done quickly and all came out at once. When she delivered it, we had no placemats (no coasters or napkins for our drinks) no silverware, no napkins. Two of our mixed drinks were empty, my husband had his beer pushed to edge of bar so we assumed she was going to return with refills. We also needed a couple condiments, a few requests weren't met but she was in the kitchen so long we just said forget it and started eating. When she came out, she got the other customer a drink and then leaned against the counter behind the bar on her phone as if we weren't even there. That was enough, my husband had to yell 'Excuse Me' twice to get her attention to ask for the check. She didn't ask if something was wrong with the food or if it was all one check, if we wanted containers, just printed out the bill and put it in front of him. We left there and spent triple at another bar on drinks. After talking to some locals, we know why we were the only ones there for dinner and why we had never heard of such a nice establishment. It is a beautiful location off the beaten track out of traffic, the food was good, and so much to do at one place on a night out. Service and reputation is THE business though. I'm sure with the right management it could be THE place to be in Weirton....

We have had 3 birthday parties there and we use to love this place. Today we had our sons birthday party there and we got there and there was no one there. The man that was suppose to work our sons party showed up a half hour after the party was suppose to start. No one else there could help us or turn on the lanes. The janitor didn't even know how to turn the lights on in the alley. Once the man working our party came he was outside smoking the entire party. Parents were complaining because they couldn't get their kids shoes or drinks because he was outside the entire time . The bathrooms had no paper towels, no soap and the toilets were clogged. One parent told me she was making her child wait til they got home to go to the bathroom because the bathrooms at the bowling alley smelled so bad and were disgusting! Nothing was done about...
