My order was initially placed on April 5th. I requested cancelation of the order on April 10th as I had not yet received any tracking info. I then received an email reply on April 11th informing me of a delay due to an influx in orders but confirmed shipment. The order should have been canceled the day before when I made the request. The merchant has a due diligence to monitor customer inquiries and they did not. The order later showed that it was scheduled for delivery on April 17th. Upon tracking the order it ended up being re-routed from the delivery state where I reside for an unknown reason. I contacted the company AGAIN with proof the aforementioned information from the USPS website on April 18th. I received no response. I emailed again later on that same day. Again, no reply. I then received an email response on April 21st stating no refund would be issued since the order had been shipped. I reiterated what was in my initial email where I requested the cancelation and informed the merchant that the shipping time was unexpectedly long and that was not what I had anticipated, not to mention that I would be out of the country during the scheduled delivery date. Packages that are delivered to my apartment complex get left in outdoor storage lockers. NEWSFLASH, IT IS HOT IN TEXAS, not to mention that unclaimed packages will be discarded if not retrieved within a reasonable amount of time. I informed the merchant of the aforementioned information and they have since ceased responses. The fact that I'll be away for atleast 6 weeks or better means I won't get the order hence the cancelation request. I simply want a refund. If I could give zero...
Read moreIf I could have picked zero stars, I would have. I reached out to Stephen Miller on several occasions about my order (#77347). It was purchased on 2/22/25 and as of today, 3/11 it is still not delivered. I first responded to Mr. Miller questioning why my package still showed that it never left his facility. He blamed it on the USPS and not updating their system. Keep in mind, all they need to do is scan a bar code and the system automatically updates. I also get mail notifications sent to me each morning from the USPS. I was provided a tracking number, but noticed it was not moving. After about 5-6 days of it not moving, I had a bad feeling and asked for a refund. I have now asked for a refund 3 times, and he refuses to give me my money back for an order that has not arrived and appears to be lost by the USPS. As of today, the order is still showing in Kansas City Mo. Mr. Miller likes using the USPS as an excuse to not provide GREAT service to a customer. I have weeks worth of emails to back up my complaint. Do not be persuaded by this company to buy anything. The customer service is lousy and Mr. Miller has no intentions on making good on his lousy service. I will be spending time over the next several days to make sure that lousy surveys are posted in FB, IG, and LinkedIn. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. What he doesn't realize is that I am married to an attorney... so it is about to get real. I cant review the product because I never received the product, but based on several reviews I have recently read, I would suggest staying clear of buying anything from this company, or anything from Mr. Miller...
Read moreCustomer service is lacking. Placed an order December 15 and it said 5-7 business days for delivery. Got an email that it had shipped on Dec. 17. On Dec. 22 I sent an email because my package was still showing acceptance of package is pending. I got no reply. Waited a few days and still got acceptance of package is pending. Sent another email. Still no reply. I'm not sure what acceptance of package is pending means as far as my shipment goes but a friend that works for the post office said the package is probably lost. I just wanted an email reply as to what to do regarding package not leaving the post office but have yet to receive a reply. I hope if I ever receive the order it is still fresh. The other brand is always prompt with responses so I think I'll probably stick to them...
