Arby's — Restaurant in Butner

EDIT TO REVIEW AT BOTTOM. I'm so disappointed because I usually love Arby's when I've gotten it from other locations. Having worked fast food myself in the past The only thing I can hope is that whoever prepared my food yesterday was new and made mistakes. I ordered the chicken bacon Swiss and it was prepared the way I requested except for the fact that It was cold when it got here. I heated it up and it was still delicious. I wouldn't have had a problem if it wasn't for the nuggets. Some of them were still raw in the middle. The sandwich I can blame on DoorDash, this was a DoorDash order, but the raw nuggets I cannot. Then the fries weren't good at all, and seemed like someone had not changed the fry oil for a while. There is a weird chemical taste that fried foods start to take on when the oil hasn't been changed often enough. I ended up tossing most of my order, but the Coke zero was excellent! Please train the staff better on how long to cook the nuggets, I'm very thankful I caught the fact that they were raw in the center before eating too many, and when I say raw, they were still red not just bitey and a bit undercooked. Even the breading on them wasn't fully cooked.

I had to come back and change my review from a 1 star to a 4. I'm always willing to give places new chances. I didn't contact Arby's below as they mentioned, just because that's not why I posted the review. We decided to try them again the other night and ordered through DoorDash again. Everything was amazing. The manager on duty went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of when doordash allowed me to order something that was no longer on their menu. She really went above and beyond, and I don't have any complaints about any of the food or the service from that night. It makes me really happy that I'm able to come change this. I wish I could remember her name so that I could mention it and give her the credit that she deserves. My review would have been a five star if it wasn't for the initial experience, so I'm giving it a four star. We will definitely be getting a meal from this...

• Wanted to update, still the slowest arbys in the world. It takes them an hour and a half to serve 2 cars in drive thru. I offically give up on this place.* 02/2024

We were literally the only car in line and got pulled down to wait on our food. After waiting and finally receiving the food we realized they shorted us a slider. So we park and walk in and she tells me that oh, they made the mistake and only rang up one slider so if I want my other one I have to walk back out to my car, get my wallet and then come back in after waiting on the food in the first place. The lady said she was the manager and just kind of found it amusing that they messed up our order, I can’t believe after all that waiting they still made us walk back to the car and the manager was just unpleasant and did not care at all. This is literally what customer service has came down to now-days and it’s sad. We will never spend another dollar...

My husband & I stopped by for a fairly quick meal knowing the service can be a little slow. We were tired - using accessible equipment- having had a long day- we were pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and caring the cashier/ customer service person showed us. She offered to bring our food to the table and I felt kept a watchful eye on us as we were eating -she even made fresh lemonade for me and brought it to our table.I had the Greek gyro meal with crinkle fries - my husband had the classic roast beef -both meals were freshly prepared- hot & delicious! The cashier picked up my cane off the floor- that maybe a small thing for some people but meant a great deal to me after having a long tedious day.The price of the food is a little higher than other fast food places but was well worth it to hubby & me.
