This location has major issues from the management to some of the employees. I even called corporate with no call back as promised from the manager and/ or district manager of this location. Long post short: I have a strong feeling the employees are stealing when cash paying customers pay. They gave me the wrong change and the wrong receipt and when I went in to get this matter corrected the staff on duty at the time of this incident had a bad attitude because I called them out on it. If Corporate actually take the time to investigate this location, they will discover some shady activities. Cash paying customers: ASK FOR A RECEIPT and check the actual receipt. They can't really steal when customers use their debit/credit because it's tracked by data....but they are definitely pocketing from the cash paying customers. I'm not saying all the employees are doing this... that would not be fair, but on this visit, they got caught and then got an attitude with me because I wanted my correct change and receipt.... as of today, I am still waiting on my change...
Read moreSecond visit here now since they remodeled that I've had an unbearably long wait in the drive-through. First time was 20+ minutes to get two four piece chicken nugget. Today it's been 15 minutes and I'm not even to the order menu/speaker yet. The way they created their drive-through, once you've entered it, you're committed --you cannot get out. Management either needs to step up or receive training on how to appropriately staff their drive-through for high-volume times of day. Wendy's does not have to invent this process as it's been done & near perfected by other fast food joints. They can take a page from Chick-fil-A Call or even the McDonald's across the street and then maybe they could get it right. **Update-after all that-25+ minutes literally stuck in the line, the fries for my kids were cold!!! Read moreWalked in on a Thursday night around 8pm. 2 people had ordered and were waiting for it when we put in our order. After 15 mins i went and stood by the counter waiting for our order. The man making my order was not wesring gloves and had touched all our food. When an employee saw me warching him she walked over and said something. He turned his bsck to me and put gloves on. He never washes his hands. Didnt offer to remake our food. I tood my husband and he went up and asked for a refund. By the time we got our refund and left it was 8:44pm. Thats beyond ridiculous. They had from what i could see 5 people working. And what made matters worse, the man who made our food with no gloves on seemed to be the manager on duty.
