I have a couple minor tips / feedback to amp up the quality of oatmilk latte, overall this was a great experience! The customer service was excellent, the woman helping us was informative, kind, and patient as it was our first time there. She was detail oriented ensuring we got the drink we ordered and that it was made to our liking.

To give this place an edge to its competitors, I would recommend using a different oat milk. The Costco oatmilk has a specific taste. Costco has the blue barista brand which is a much better option. Kinda upset with one of the baristas today. Took my boyfriend and a friend to treat them to some coffee and it went well until it didn’t. my boyfriend gets soy milk because oat milk makes him break out and my friend got a 20 oz of coffee but was given a 16 oz. We went back and asked for a possible refund or something but were denied and told to trust her word that it’s soy milk.? Also asked for a actual 20 oz that I had paid for and she said it was a 20 oz. Now here i am at the Florence coffee on Harrison and there is a big difference in the new ones I bought. To be honest I’m just glad I noticed oat milk on the receipt before he drank some. Be careful out there guys if you have allergies! People working busy places can forget about others...

Absolutely wonderful! Super friendly baristas, a vast selection of options (ask to see their specialty drink list!), dairy alternative options, and the barista told me every drink they serve is gluten free! This is definitely my favorite coffee hut. Also, they've got a bunch of locations all over Montana and an app for ordering ahead!
