Copper City Coffee — Restaurant in Butte

When I first came back here recently, I was really disappointed. I had gotten coffee here before and it was excellent — some of the best in Butte. But that day, what I was served was far from that. The barista was new but friendly and the service was good, but the coffee itself was watered down and just not up to the standard I had experienced before. I left feeling let down and shared that in my initial review.

What impressed me most, however, was how the owner personally reached out right away after seeing my review. A few days later, I went back and met her in person. She was the definition of great customer service — passionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to her shop. She personally made my order and it was honestly some of the best coffee I’ve had in Montana.

Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how a business responds says everything. Copper City Coffee absolutely stepped up, and because of that, I’ll definitely continue to...

I absolutely love this coffee stand! Anytime I’ve had a rough day, I can count on them to cheer me up. I usually just ask them to surprise me, and they never disappoint! The drinks are always amazing! They even go the extra mile to match the flavors to my outfit sometimes, which makes it so much fun and shows how thoughtful they are.

So far, I’ve only tried their Redbull drinks with popping boba, but every single one has been incredible. It’s not just about the drinks (which are delicious), but the experience!! They make you feel seen and cared for every time. Highly recommend stopping by if you want something refreshing and a little extra joy...

EDIT- Google said theyd give me extra points for updating my reviews....so heres my update...still my FAVORITE place to go, and the ONLY place ill go. I still lvoe all the ladies that work there, they are good people, they always make conversation with customers, i have no bad complaints for them. I'll never go anywhere else!

I love everything about Nikki and the girls there! they know what I want when I pull up, they always have a treat for my pup! They have also recently created a monster out of my daughter and shown her Italian sodas 🤣🤣🤣. I will never go...
