Subway — Restaurant in Byron Township

Ordered an online order, a chicken avocado sub, got it home and there was no chicken or avocado on it. Mistakes happen, so I called the store and who ever answered said “they said they put avocado and chicken on it,” as I literally have the sandwich in front of me with no chicken or avocado. They say they can’t refund me but can write it down for a store credit. Normally I would just let it slide, but beings they told me they put chicken and avocado on it and acted as if they weren’t wrong, I drove the 15 mins and brought it back to them and they made me another one to replace it. No apology or any admittance that they were wrong, more like giving attitude that they had to do it… I guess a person has to start checking their sandwich...

Love this location. Food is always fresh, the "sandwich artists" generally try to remember your tastes, always friendly, and they accept outdated coupons that pertain to their store. My absolute favorite place for lunch. Even when they're busy they hustle to keep the line moving and get you out the door. Been going here since the day they opened and still rate them better than all the others I've ate at. Great place... Just wish they'd participate in the online deals at this...

The new sandwich they have with the steak, I think its called the club, or steak club was pretty good. I think it would have been better if it was toasted, but it was still pretty nice to see a new sandwich that was not just more of the same old same old cold cuts and cheese.
