Add on review: That was a lie that I never left my phone number. Doesn't that sound ridiculous to you???? I left my phone number many times when I called. I also told you I would call back the next day. You took my information down and my order. When we asked for a tasting, you said, "nobody ever asked us for tasting. We have the best cakes." Well, I am glad you do but there are others who would like to taste it. I understand, you didn't want to do business with me but why??? Because I asked for tasting? You seem very impatient with me even when I was calm and trying to get a word out. Potential customers can also hear how rude your response is by just reading your response to my first review. Work on how your speak with customers especially for a small business owner.
Absolutely rude Manager and owner. I called to place an order on a wedding cake and spoke with Mendy the owner. She told me she can only make a 3 tiered cake and no sheets cake or anything complicated. I told her we would call back because we needed to get more cakes and needed to find other places like Costco to order sheet cakes. Called back 2x and they gave me the run around. The Manager even said we might not be a good fit for you because I asked if we can have a tasting to buy and taste. I finally called back after waiting 3 days to hear back and I was told they can't take my order because they have another wedding they just booked. I felt like she turned me down because I complained I didn't get a call back for days. She spoke to me so rudely I had to hang up. I wouldn't go here. Customer service...
Read moreI understand it's a small business and workers are working tails off how ever . Do they really think it's OK to have customers waiting 30 plus minutes for coffee ? There's been a few times lately that has just rubbed me the wrong way . Sitting in the drive thru 15 minutes saying can you pull back through . Your order is not ready then to wait behind a car for 12 minutes while their order is completed. Or hearing You say to another customer oh it's a 30 minute wait for coffee has it been that long ? . Or today sat in drive thru 15 minutes to be told oh well your order online order said 10:40 and it was 10:26 .and yes it did say that but its not always correct . So I canceled it. With all the Lil warrior games and such going it is very busy and I get it but 35-40 minutes for a coffee...
Read moreI used to say "Please don't let this place fail!" There had been a lot of turnaround in that space prior to them getting in there. But I'm not worried about that anymore.
They do a wonderful job with their coffee AND baked goods. And their customer service is refreshing. They do their best to remember your name, and make you feel welcome. I'm trying to discover all their kinds of coffee because there are so many options. And I can't wait to see what's in the baked goods case in the morning.
