Zaxbys is great just about anywhere..the Cabot location is no exception. Food and service are always great. However, I am only giving four stars for a few reasons: 1. Everytime I get coke from the soft drink contraption (cannot recall the name of the thing) the coke is always flat/watered down tasting! I am not sure whether the employees can change the fountain drinks once they are out, or if the company has to do it. Either way, this really needs to be addressed because its disappointing when o pay for a drink and I cant get what I want because it tastes very badly. Reason #2) One of the reasons I enjoy zaxbys so much is because of the delicious seasoning they put on their fries. No matter what I do I can't seem to replicate this taste at home, and everytime I order a meal the fries are bland completely bare of any seasoning. I suppose I could ask for a side of the seasoning for myself, but Zaxbys should be more consistent: either you automatically season your fries, or you dont and you offer it to the customers prefer to have it. Those are the only things I can think of that are constructive enough to include in this review. By the way, the points I mentioned do not specifically apply to the Cabot zaxbys alone, this applies to all zaxbys that I have eaten at across several states. I will be reviewing those locations with the same suggestions as well. Thanks. Read moreI actually live about a half hour North of this Zaxby's location, just about 5 minutes Searcy Arkansas, a town that has a Zaxby's location. I don't have a very good memory at all, but I remember this trip, because my wife and I drove to Cabot just to eat at this location, and then we drove home, which we do on regular basis. The food is always a lot better than the store in Searcy, the staff is way more friendly than the store in Searcy, and the store is A WHOLE LOT CLEANER. It's my opinion that the majority of the staff at the Searcy store doesn't want to be there, and it shows in the way that the place looks. Usually when you walk in the door you have to slowly navigate around all of the ice that has been spilled out of the fountain drink machine, and they're going to be sued one of these days because they hardly ever have the yellow caution sign out to warn people. Now here's where I get all Bumfuzzled and Fognozzled about the whole thing. I have been told that the wonderful Cabot store, and the watch where you step, and kind of warm chicken strips Searcy store are owned by the same people. Sorry about getting a little bit off track. Read moreBest customer service I've ever received! I placed an online order around 4:00 PM on 1/25/2022. When I walked in the restaurant, I was immediately greeted by the woman working the register. She informed me that my order wasn't quite ready yet, due to them being understaffed. I totally understood. She told me I could have a seat and wait. Despite being understaffed, she never let it effect her attitude. She remain well composed and pleasant, while simultaneously working the drive thru line. Shortly after I arrived, several costumers came in and a line started to form. She asked on of her coworkers if they could come help. He immediately jumped into action, and starting taking orders. I watched and listened to him interact with each customer, treating them all exceptionally. He was very nice, and made sure to ask them all how their day was going, despite being overworked. This pandemic has put such a stress on the food service industry. So many people treat them badly and are impatient. It has to wear on you. But you would never know that with this team of people. They deserve all the recognition for outstanding service during a difficult time. Give these good...
