McDonald's — Restaurant in Caddo Valley

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Restrooms were trashed worse than a frat house on a Friday night! No toilet paper, no soap and no sanitizer to make up for it! We informed employees multiple times and other guests as well! We watched employees -3 to be exact - use the facilities and come out with dry or wet hands with NO SOAP in the restrooms and did NOT bring any in with them when they went! Nothing was stocked and when asked for ANYTHING they claimed they were out when we ALL could see lids, straws and napkins since we all had to wipe our flaps with them since they REFUSED to get toilet paper! When the franchise owner was contacted he made every excuse under the sun and DEFENDED his nasty employees and dinning room! This lovely human’s name is Steve Montgomery! When told we would be making a complaint with the state health department he said do it. So done! Save your money, your time and your health because I can guarantee it’s not American cheese on your burger but some grade A taint/head cheese! Happy...

We stopped on the way back from Thanksgiving. We parked by the drive through. Next to, not in. Very careful not to be in the way. Was around back and was out of the way as far as possible. We were trying to be considerate and stay out of the way with it camper. The woman behind the counter in the 2 tone pony tail kept telling the someone needed to move their truck cause it was in the way. It wasn't but my husband was going to move it anyway while I ordered. But when I told her that my husband was moving the truck and I'd like her to take my order, she refused saying I was being rude while she yelled at the dining room. She's always the same one that was behind the counter in pajamas on Wednesday telling customers they could wait and she worked here so she could come first before them. Her boss, nice gentleman, seemed to be doing all he could that day but he wasn't...

There always seems to be something going on at this location when I pass through Arkadelphia. One time it was a random power outage, affecting only this McDonald’s. Other times, it’s a completely packed drive-thru. I never really know what to expect here.

This time, I stopped in just for a McFlurry. The line wasn’t bad, but when I got to the window, I wasn’t greeted at all, just handed my dessert in silence. The McFlurry came in a flimsy paper cup that folded halfway over the top, with no proper lid. I assume it’s some new corporate cost-cutting move, but it definitely cheapened the experience.
