Antonio's Pizza — Restaurant in Caernarvon Township

Normally, I don't bother to post negative reviews, but something about this particular situation just didn't sit right with me.

When something goes wrong, this place has awful customer service. When picking up and ordering, double check your order carefully because they'll make you drive all the way back there and give them the wrong meal they made in order to obtain a replacement.

I have placed numerous orders with them in the past and, for the most part, appreciated the meals we received. Over the phone, I placed a takeout order for pizza, fries, and a grilled chicken sandwich (with no tomatoes, no onions, light oil, seasoning, and mayo on the side). Fries and pizza came as ordered, however my sandwich was a breaded chicken sandwich with minimal lettuce. I called to let them know what was going on. They acknowledged they might have made a mistake when taking the order, but they wouldn't do anything other than make me travel 15 to 20 minutes back there and exchange the erroneous sandwich for the right one.

If this wasn't the first time it had happened for a particular customer or if someone was obviously trying to take advantage of the establishment by getting free food, I would understand their position.

If the management and proprietors of this restaurant aren't performing well enough to take care of patrons when problems emerge, I feel...

We literally order multiple times a month from this place, never again. Ordered 2 pizzas Tuesday night. Got home and saw we received the wrong order. Was told by the person on the phone they will make a new pizza. We drive over and manager/owner said no the person who said it was wrong and literally singled out this young girl working there, pretty classless. Then I asked for the difference we paid and what we got. $3 difference and he gave us $2. So not only am I out gas but a dollar lol. Not worried about the money but how classless this guy was. Will never order from there again. Sorry Joanne you got the wrong order too!!! Guy had our number, could’ve at least called us back to say we can...

I find everything I have had off the menu to be absolutely delicious. The salads, the salad dressing, fresh hot rolls, butter, the spaghetti and meat balls(one of my favorites) the sauce is sooo good. The service is always fast and done with an appreciative smile you can feel. The staff attentatively insure you get what you ordered and have all that you need for a enjoyable dining experience. The large menu offers many options from sandwiches....pizza...salads...and complete meals. I am a regular and see many other repeat customers as I dine. I HIGHLY recommend Antonio's . I assure you that you will enjoy the food, staff, clean inside or outside dining.
