Morgantown Diner — Restaurant in Caernarvon Township

So, my family (there was 5 of us) and I were in the area for a festival and decided to check out this diner. When we entered the establishment, it was busy and we were ushered to the tables which seated 4 people. As we were being seated and handed the menus I couldn’t help but feel somewhat odd. I looked around the diner and realized those with 5 or more members in their party were seated at small tables that accommodated 4 and that smaller parties were seated at the booths which would accommodate more than 6. Only one booth had a family of 5+ and the family was Caucasian… I then realized that the bigger parties that had minorities and were seated at smaller tables…..maybe a coincidence? But I didnt say anything because the busser was a Latina… We ordered our food and the food came out rather quickly. There was hardly any space on the table to set our food down on for our party size. We ordered breakfast items and it wasn’t anything spectacular, but the quality of the food could have been better. I ordered crispy bacon and when I got the bacon it looked like dehydrated meat. My daughter ordered crispy bacon and hers looked pretty fresh and crispy. The french toast seemed small for the price they charge. My daughter ordered chocolate chip pancakes and the quality of the chips were tasteless. My son ordered the pizza burger and there wasn’t enough sauce on the burger. Ok so 2nd chance. The staff was friendly and i think our waitress was over worked. But there in my opion not ready for customers. Dead flys and live ones everywhere. They did seat us fast. Barely any sugars creamers etc. Coffee was good. The rest was bad. Wife got eggs n home frys, i think they put mashed pitatoes on grill for home frys, toast was wrong, so she brought out the toated english muffing but wasnt toasted. I ordered fish, it was dry n a baked potatoe. Well not only was it probably from day before because it was cold inside burnt on out side so they swaped for mashed. Im sorry but just disgusting. The first time, There was a staff fight or something. Most staff outside smoking, watched us go in n hostas said sorry were closed there was a problem. So we gave them another shot. We went in, and the host had her hair down to her butt with it not up at all. My aunt was asking for an application before we got our food, and they said they don't have any and that she would get the manager when she's done with her food. We ordered a French dip, a medium steak, and I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap. Every time a waitress came up to us, it was a different one. When we got our food, the steak was pretty much burnt on the inside. The French dip was dry, and the cheese was hardened on the meat. I picked up my wrap, and it was oily and leaking brown liquid. So then the host went to "call" the manager, and about a minute later, the manager came out from the back and said that our food looked fine and that there was no problem.
