So rating the food as a Chef would be more like 3 to 4 stars, however as a concumer and all around eating i gave it a 5. The menu is very creative and item here are very unique, and this is the reason for the 5 Stars. I had jalapeno egg rolls, very nice presentation, great flavour and very nicely filled, however the filling was very cheesy and creamy, very tasteful, however I expected a little bit more heat, only couple pieces of Jalopenos in them and could not taste them. Next Roastbeef Sandwich au jus...well as a Chef, when I use prime rib, I would slice tge Roastbeef thin, medium rare to rare, and serve with au jus and scauce on the side as well. The taste was great, but since the cheese was melted on top the Roastbeef was very well done and had the Sandwich felt "dry", but great in taste. Overall the staff is very friendly out of the 3 TVs over the bar, 2 played sports and the middle TV played a slideshow about the Restaurant. Very nicely put together, just 1 slide stilled showed the Motherday special, while outdated, it was nice to know, that there are holiday specials. Staff is very kind. The location of the restaurant is amazing and to be honest for all the Birdsboro people itās the closest restaurant. We wish the food was much better. :( We had the wings which were the smallest wings I have even seen. They were smaller then the frozen pack at Walmart. The wing sauce was great both the mild and honey bbq. We ordered the cod (fish and chips) again... flat as a pancake and oil soaked no fish just filler. This again was frozen cod patties just deep fried. We kindly sent it back and asked if we could do the Nachos. I wish I had something positive to write about this... we maybe had 2 clumps of ground beef... no cheese just like a cheese cause... the jalapeƱos were so old... and the only other thing was another toco red Sauce of some sort. I asked the waitress can we move away from that area. We sat in front of a dusty fireplace. Flies kept surrounding are meal . The cheese steak was very bland with no flavor cheese wasn't even melt . The steak wasnt steak meat .The sweet potato French fries was dry . I order the ruben which was horrible the meat left after taste. I only ate the bread and the fries . They need a new chef I could had cook better then this . No herbs spices any thing how can you mess up a ruben?
