McDonald's Caguas Progreso — Restaurant in Caguas

Anteriormente habia dado 5 estrellas y edito mi calificación a 1 estrella pq asisto regularmente y había tenido buena experiencia pero hacen como 3 meses hasta la actualidad con frecuencia me entregan las ordenes mal por mas que le especifico al momento de ordenar, por ejemplo pido tostadas de queso con el queso derretido y NUNCA me la entregan con el queso derretido siempre tengo que devolver para que lo derritan, con los happymeals me sucede lo mismo pido nuggets y me entregan mozarrelas 🤦‍♀️ es frustrante pues que suceda 1 o 2 veces es entendible pero ir varias veces en semana y que me suceda la misma situación NO ES NORMAL!!! Probablemente esten cortos de personal, desanimados no se cual sea la situación pero se que pueden brindar un mejor servicio pues anteriormente sí...

I rarely eat McDonald's here in the states because the food is not good at all. I figured I'll give it a try since my daughter wanted to eat there. The quarter pounder was fresh and the fries also. I didn't taste the chemicals or preservatives...

worst expierence ever,20mins waiting for order,when i got it was cold,the sugar was old and my mcgriddle was hard,more than 10 workers that more worried about their own food for break than with the customers!! NOT...
