Swiss Cream — Restaurant in Caguas

I usually don't give bad reviews, but this time, I don't have a choice. If when I called the restaurant the girl who answered the phone would only say, "I'm sorry for the mistake", I wouldn't be writing this down.

I ordered teriyaki chicken and they gave me chicken with onions, 2 tiny pieces of pepper and a sauce similar to pepper chicken, so I will call this plate, pepper chicken. When I called the restaurant and described the plate to the person/girl who answered the phone, she said "that is how they cook the teriyaki chicken" ... no teriyaki sauce??? In addition the rice was dry, hard with no flavor and the fries...

Lack of personnel - you'll notice on dirty tables. Cashiers need to understand that speedy service is not related to how fast you take the order, Loose your personal cell phones while assisting customers! Treat customers with some respect! The only thing good is the food, which I always order as take out. $5.95 for a bag of platain chips (tostones) jumm I can get a bag from supermarket at that price. They're getting pretty expensive for an out of the bag...

El servicio al cliente aquí es horrible. No me hace querer venir aquí a pesar de que la comida es relativamente buena porque una de las dos cajeras, parecía y actuaba como si fuese que estuviese enojada. No es la primera vez que su actitud ha sido un problema, por lo tanto, he decidido no volver aquí. The customer service here is horrible.
