Nice people, family atmosphere. Low prices. Fair serving size. Home cooked taste. Unfortunately this trip and this trip only and maybe because it was the end of the day the chicken we received or the general tso's chicken and sesame chicken was like chewing on tires I'm assuming it's been cooked and set indoor heat lamp for a long time or something because although the exterior flavor was okay it was inedible because of the texture being dry and hard I swear it was like 2 and shredded tires. Food is usually fresh and good, but tonight was totally different. I order special fried rice, and fried chicken. I called the order in around 7:20 pm or so. I go pick the order up, get all the way home and take a bite of the chicken and it taste old. The chicken wasn’t juicy or crispy like it normally is. My order of chicken was so dry and old tasting. Put in a order through the Postmates app. I was actually excited as I love the food. Was always a fan... Until today. We were missing an item my wife loves. We called up CE to let them know we were missing the item and the woman who answered the phone was rude and insulting. My wife was being nice, but the woman on the phone was anything but. We will never be eating at this establishment again if they keep employees who are rude and refuse to do their jobs period.
