If I can give zero stars I will!! Where do I start GHEETTTTTTTTOOOOOOOOOOO! Do not order from this location and if you order online only do it through a third party website! IE DOORDASH OR UBER EATS! Because that’s the only way you can get a refund when the employees here just decide to close the location a hour and half early! My grandmother ordered food brother went to pick it up they closed the location down and left and came back knocked at the door and they gave him some bull about Uber eats and refunds! When he came back I stayed it didn’t make sense we had her contact her bank to asked if any refund had been issued it did not which I knew it wouldn’t because we didn’t order through Uber eats! So the next day I tried calling the location via phone I get an answer after dialing back for a hour and than they placed me on hold for a 45 minutes and than hung up the phone. I finally get customer service in the phone for them to tell us they can’t issue refunds only the regional manager can do so they took my grandmother’s information and nothing!!! So I will be going to this location face to face and they had better refund her! As for now I’m warning all others. This was a last minute decision do not eat here they get orders incorrect, the pizza is disgusting and the workers attitudes are worse than the food they serve!...

I asked for a time estimate as this was for class party & I needed to be back at work & the worker rudely told me that she didn’t know & that I could go somewhere else. After a pointless back & forth that included cursing from the worker (I never cursed or raised my voice at her) I was issued a refund that I then used at the Shiloh location (where I should’ve went anyway because they always provide good customer service).
