basically. Everything about the store is 1 star. Service Quality Customer service Management capability Time inside and out Cleanliness Order correctness
Every time I get to turning in a survey the page conveniently refreshes and i lose all effort. Action needs to be taken with the PM crew at this location. Everything from cleanliness to service, quality to conversation while customers are in the store needs to be resolved. 4 times now in the span of 2 months was I refused service because they're out of everything from wraps to meats. 3 times in 3 months I've been refused timely service because, "we're not taking orders right now" to, "it'll be a 10 minute wait on all orders" with no internal or external costumer traffic. 5th time in the same 2-3 month period my order has been wrong. Nearly every time I'm met with disrespect when I say things like thank you and please and ALWAYS ask how the associate is doing. More often than not I'm flat out ignored. The young white kid I call him 'too cool for a nametag' cause he's never wearing one)will flat out talk back to me in front of management with no reproductions. When I've brought my complaints to management I'm met with either them flat out ignoring me or simply shrugging the circumstance off. Every time I'm refused drive through service and I go inside the entire eating area is disgusting. Twice now I've been refused drive through service and after parking and entering other customers are being served through the drive through with the nameless ass snickering in back. 'Too cool for nametag' has referenced everything from female anatomy to drug use to profanity with not just me but young customers within hearing range. And questionable at best lyrics have been sang by employees either on the clock or leaving the place with...
Read moreThe absolute worst experience we have ever had at a Taco Bell. Placed an online order, went to pick it up, and they were closing the lobby, but a homeless man let us in. Got the food and brought it back to our hotel to notice we were only given roughly 50% of the food we ordered (spent $45). Brought the bag of food back up there, and a lady said, "This is all wrong, I will remake your entire order for you." The manager was there, and as we asked for the 2 verde sauces we paid for, he said,"Give them 4 because I said so, " but was all that he said regarding the missing items from our order. Fast forward to getting back to our hotel room for the second time (an hour has passed now from the time of original order), and we find we are missing MORE THAN WE WERE THE FIRST TIME. We did not even receive back the items we brought up there at we got the first time. I called to speak to the manager about getting refunded due to having to go to another restaurant to actually get dinner for our family and he was extremely rude saying "nah I watched them put food into a bag". As I tried to explain what items we were missing this go around (literally full combo meals) he just kept speaking over me saying he was the general manager and he saw them put food into a bag. I said yes, that is true but not ALL the food we ordered. He told me to come back up there for a third time, but I declined as it was very late (10pm at this point).I asked for the man's name, and he said it quickly, but I could not understand what he said, so I asked him to spell it, and he hung up on me. I called back but nobody...
Read moreThe Taco Bell in Cahokia Heights, IL is absolute garbage. In general, the staff is slow and uncaring. Crunchy taco shells and Mexican pizza shells are routinely spoiled/sour. However, this visit was especially unpleasant. Surprisingly, the food was fine, though the order was incorrect. No, this review is due to being asked to pull around when there is no one else in line. I placed my order @ 6:48 PM (off-peak time). I received my drink and was asked to pull around. I asked how long and the girl just looked at me like I sprouted a third eye, rolled her eyes, and said "they're making it now, not long" If they are making it "now" why am I pulling around (to save drive thru times, I know the game) While I was waiting, I saw several employees step outside on their phones or just sitting in the lobby (they may have been on break, to be fair. But you probably shouldn't have multiple employees on break at the same time). Finally, TWENTY TWO minutes later, the girl that took my order walks out hands me my order and just says "Here" and turns around to walk back inside. No "Thank You", no "Sorry for the wait", no response other than "Here" The Taco Bell locations in Columbia, IL and in South County, St Louis, MO are great, and I go to those locations when I have the opportunity. The only reason I visit the Cahokia Heights location is because they are local. It is VERY apparent that the employees don't care, the management does not care and the ownership does not care about...
