Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Caldwell

WORST PIZZA IN TOWN!! I have tried Marcos Pizza now for the first and last time! We decided to give it a shot because they were new to town but dang, they really dropped the pie on this one! We had 4 large specialty pizza's on delivery, the price was a bit step needless to say but with the hype we pulled the trigger on it. About fifty minutes or so go by, then the order arrived finally time to dig into well anticipated pizza only to be greeted by four uncooked pizzas. Pie number one was a BBQ chicken special the Hawaii chicken. The dought was raw from the center out to about two inches from the crust with semi cooked chicken and raw bacon bits. Topped with a thin drizzle of bbq sauce. Bummer but on to pie number two was the Pepperoni Magnifico. This pie was also raw in the center, which is odd considering it was a thinner pizza with only thinly sliced pepperoni that was undercooked. But there was still hope two pies to go. Let's crack pie three! Boom! No shock here same results this time the pie was the All Meat. This pie had all the same qualities as the last two, what a let down. One last pie to go! It's the Garden. More like the canned food isle! Nothing about this pizza tasted like it was fresh from a garden! This was it, zero out of four on all tries. All in all I will not be dinning with Marco's Pizza again! If you are looking for good pizza, your money will be best spent somewhere like Idaho Pizza or Garbonzo's pizza! Even the Papa Murphy's next door will make a better pie...

Update: We attempted to order again today. The online website rejected the order. I called and was told they showed nothing about an order. However I got a text from my credit card that the order went through twice. Spoke to a shift lead and was told it was a problem with my card. I spoke to the bank and was reassured the amounts would reverse and the issue was with the restaurant. I called again and was told again it was not a problem on their end. I told them them I will be ordering from another restaurant. The person on the phone made no attempt to help at all with other options. Nothing. Very poor customer service. Very disappointing.

waited until we ordered twice before submitting this review. I'm pretty picky about my pizza. We first ordered a pepperoni specialty pizza with spicy cheese. Amazing. The crust is the absolute best. Tonight we ordered 2 calizones and wings. Both were equally great! My only complaint is the wings are extremely tiny for the price point. Overall very satisfied. Also the delivery person honored our request to deliver to the back door down the alley. Thanks so much Dan! You rock! Thats something doordash often fails to do. We will definitely...

I'm pretty sceptical when it comes to trying new pizza places because they all have not done pizza justice! Until today. I ordered pizza for my 1st time with Marco's Pizza and OMG IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!! their customer service when I called was 5 stars! The young lady that took my over the phone order was very patient with me, as I can be a difficult and picky orderer. I also ordered one of thier salads and I asked for extra ranch AND I WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZED WITH HOW MANY RANCH PACKETS I GOT AND SHE DIDNT EVEN CHARGE ME EXTRA. WOW!!!! Marco's Pizza will most definitely be getting more of my business and I have already bragged to everyone I know about their great tasting pizza and their amazing customer service!!!!! Thanks Marcos Pizza for this great experience, I look forward to many more orders...
