THE STORE WE ORDERED OUR PIZZA FROM IN CALDWELL ID, HAS PROBLEMS WITH MANAGEMENT & LAZY EMPLOYEES.
AFTER TALKING WITH 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE WHO I WAS ORDERING THEIR 1 TOPPING SPECIAL LG , & FINALLY REPEATING MY ORDER SEVERAL TIMES.
3 PEPPERONI SPECIALS @ $6, I GF HAWAIIAN , & ONE COWBOY FAMILY. WHEN I ARRIVED, ALL THE EMPLOYEES WERE IN THE BACK OF THE STORE & NO ONE GREETED US. IT TOOK 5 MIN FOR SOMEONE TO COME UP FRONT & SHE WENT TO THE PREPERATION LINE & SAID NOTHING TO ME, THEN ONE BOY CAME TO THE REGISTER & ASKED US WHAT WE WANTED.
I TOLD HIM WE CALLED IN AN ORDER FOR 5 PIZZAS & HE LOOKED & SAID THERE WAS ONLY 3 PIZZAS.
1 SPECIAL, THE HAWAIIAN & THE COWBOY.
FIRST I REPEATED THE ORDER 2 TIMES MORE HE SAID THEY RAN OUT OF LARGE PIZZA DOUGH. OK, THINKING TO MYSELF, THEN ASKING WELL DO YOU HAVE FAMILY SIZE DOUGH? HE SAID YES. SO I SAID, WELL DOUBLE OVER THE EDGES OF THE DOUGH TILL IT'S A LARGE SIZE.... DUMBFOUNDED HE TOTALED UP OUR ORDER & I PAID HIM.
THEY PROCEEDED TO MAKE MY 2 REMAINING SPECIALS. THIS WAS OK BUT WE WAITED ANOTHER 10 TO FIFTEEN MIN. FOR THEM.
I ASKED IF THEY WERE OUT OF A SIZE OF DOUGH, WHY DIDN'T THEY MAKE MORE BECAUSE THE NIGHT WAS EARLY ON. HE SAID THEY DIDN'T WANT TO. NO MANAGER, NO ASST. MANAGER & NO ONE IN CHARGE. THERE WERE 5 OR 6 EMPLOYEES TALKING & GOOFING OFF, APARENTLY WITH NO CONCERNS ABOUT WORKING OR HELPING CUSTOMERS.
AFTER I LEFT I WAS LOOKING OVER MY RECEIPT & HE OVERCHARGED US ON 2 SPECIALS @ OVER $10, THE GF HAWAIIAN CAME IN A MED SIZE CRUST & WAS $15+, THE OTHER 2 WERE PRICED CORRECTLY.
I CALLED THE STORE SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO LUCK OF TALKING TO A MANAGER & FINALLY GOT A BOY THAT SAID THEY HAD A TRAVELING MANAGER. WHICH WAS OBVIOUSLY NOT GOOD FOR THE CUSTOMERS AT THIS STORE. OUR FAMILY WE WERE VISITING SAID THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ALWAYS SLOW & MISTAKES HAPPEN ON A REGULAR BASIS.
I CALLED CORPORATE OFFICE OF PAPA MURPHY'S & A NICE LADY SAID SHE WOULD FORWARD THE MESSAGE & HAVE SOMEONE CALL ABOUT REFUNDING OUR OVER CHARGES.
NO ONE HAS CALLED US BACK TO THIS DAY & THIS WAS THE FIRST SATURDAY AFTER CHRISTMAS,...
   Read moreIf you don't mind paying for a pizza that is by fault of the employees at Papa Murphy's, not even close to the pizza you ordered then this is the place for you!! My parents have been ordering Papa Murphy's pizzas every other Friday for a long time now with no real complaints until last Friday when the pizza my mom ordered was not the pizza my dad brought home. Little bit of a backstory my dad is almost 70 years old and he gets up early every morning and leaves for work about 5:30 in the morning. Every other Friday after working all day he gets off work and goes to pick up the pizzas from Papa Murphy's that my mom ordered online and comes home. It was a couple of hours before they were going to cook the pizza when they realized it was the wrong one it wasn't even close to what they ordered so they called Papa Murphy's and explained the situation to them however at this point my dad was not up to driving back to Papa Murphy's, which I don't blame him... why should he have to when it was their fault the pizza was messed up in the first place. The right thing to do would be for my parents to be compensated and given a free pizza to make up for the wrong order. I mean what is an $18 Pizza to Papa Murphy's ??Nothing, and then my parents could continue being happy customers. OH NO.... the "new owners" have a new policy .....so instead of getting a free pizza to make up for the one screwed up by the employees...they have to pay 50 % for the pizza they originally ordered! I know its seems petty...but seriously....when a HUGE company like Papa Murphy's is more worried about making money than keeping their customers happy that's pathetic...i won't be using them and I know my mom and dad definitely won't be using...

I put in an online order to be ready at 7 pm, turned out I needed the pizza around 630 instead so I called the store to ask if they could move the time up to 630.I call at 6pm A women answered and asked me to repeat myself 3 times before she finally said yea thats fine it will be ready in 20 min. I arrived at 645 there were 5 people in the back area talking and doing nothing but chatting. It took 5 min for anyone to realize I was standing thwre there were no other customers in the store. When I was greeted the employee looked up my order and stated oh this order isnt ready till 7. I informed him I had called earlier and asked to have it ready earlier he proceeded to check the rack then went around to every employee asking if anyone had talked to me. This took a good 5 min . By this time I was super frustrated that my pizza was obviously not made and noind was currently making it. When he came back I asked if I could have the pizza made at that time and he shrug and said well this doesnt have to be done till 7 which it almost was anyway!!! The guy gave me some serious attitude and I left and told them not to worry about it. This was a pizza order for quite a few pizzas and a total cost of 55 bucks . I will never be returning here due to the lack of plain respect for a customer! Do your self a favor and go...
