I had the Botana La Fea and man the shrimp, scallops, and octopus (which isn't that chewing gum octopus either) tasted nice and fresh. This is by far the worst food truck experience I’ve ever had. I waited in like for over an hour and then was given a pager and told my order would be ready in 45 minutes more from when I ordered. I went to a local brewery and Arenita was the food truck serving that day. I was ecstatic that they were serving seafood because what is a better combo than a cold beer and some delicious seafood? I had their Ceviche de Camaron and my friend had the Aguachiles. They were both delicious! I am super picky when it comes to ceviche so anytime I see that the food truck is local, I go and grab some food from them....
