Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in La Mirada

Service is great, whenever they are open. They clearly have posted store hours as to when they open and when they close but everytime for the past 2 months they have closed 1-2 hours earlier than what it says their hours are. How do they expect to provide phone service if they are always closed. This has me very concerned because i cant help but wonder if the entire company operates in a similar fashion. 3/17/16The girl with black hair and bangs was soooo rude to me I went in to get a new sim card and the only one in line and she told me to wait 25 minutes to attend me because whatever she was doing was more impirtant I asked how long it would take to give me a new sim and she said 5 minutes so I said "you can't help me first?" She said "no" I could not believe it!!!! I will never step in to that metro pcs again!!! Sooo rude i should have got her name she should...

I'm happy with all the help I've been getting between two MetroPcs spots that I go to. The support I've gotten is wonderful both associates ha e worked hard and taken time almost the end of the day to help me out these past two times I've been idk what it is but were pretty bad and MetroPCS had provided great service and the employees amazing.
