88 Giant Burgers To Go — Restaurant in California

I went back to this establishment after several months of not going due to BAD SERVICE. Whenever I have ordered from Giant 88 Burger over the phone, no matter how I ask for my burger to be cooked, it would ALWAYS be UNDERCOOKED and cold upon pick-up. I went in this evening with a friend and another customer who had oredered a To Go order over the phone felt their fries were cold and asked for new ones to be made. Well, the Teenagers who "run" the place, cooked more fries but distributed those newly made fries to OTHER CUSTOMERS FIRST! The new fries should have been given to the customer who requested the new ones be made FIRST! Also, While making the fries for the customer who had come in to pick up her To Go order, the burgers had NOT been kept warm and was told exactly this by the teenager who was "in charge," "OH WELL, IF YOU DON'T WANT THE NEW FRIES WITH YOUR ORDER THEN YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK OR YOU CAN TAKE YOUR ORDER HOME AND GET OUT OF HERE." This place USED TO BE GOOD, burgers, fries, service and ALL, but NOT ANYMORE! They are OVERPRICED TO SAY THE LEAST. $6.00 FOR A MILKSHAKE?!? REALLY?!?!?!!! NOT TO MENTION THE RUDEST SERVICE I'VE EVER WITNESSED! The teenagers, 3 of them, 2 girls and one boy, all went in the back a while later and were laughing and texting their friends about it. After the angry customer left, they were calling that customer rude names and goaded 3 other customers into agreeing with them. My friend and I just sat there and ate our food and left. I AND WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!...

I was in such a mood for a burger and BOY WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! This was literally the worst burger and fries I ever had AND it was SOOO pricey. Where do I start??? The fries: freezer burned, hard and airy. I couldn't even give some to my kids, I was afraid they would choke on them because it was hard to chew down, if you could. The burger: yes it was big with a big disappointment. The cheese tasted like the fake cheese u get in the plastic singles, my one piece of lettuce was soggy, middle of the tomatoes was so hard I had to take a step back to see what I bit into. In addition, I paid almost $1.00 for a side of ranch that was nearly the size of a quarter round and 1/4" in depth AND it was some cheap branded ranch. UNBELIEVABLE. I am all about supporting local/small businesses but they really need to get it together. One more thing, I drove up the road to a gas station and told them I need a bag of chips because I just ate a horrible burger, the cashier and the customer in back of me said, "Did you go to Giant Burger 88..." There it is there!!! I truly wish them the best but until they get can get it together with their product they definitely lost me...

I live right up the street from this place and I used to eat here all the time , then the burgers got smaller the price higher and the service is atrocious. The last 5 times I've been there I asked for my fries to be golden crispy . Now how hard is it to cook a French fry? Each time they were limp white barely cooked fries . This time I took them back and had them cook them over. Unfortunately quality and service are a thing of the past but hey at least they still want to get tipped for handing food out a window.update I just went back here and my fries weren't done and they had the nerve to tell me those ar e done enough . Well if they were done enough I would t be standing there with a bag full of white half done fries and the burger was absolute crap greasy and tasted like crap . This place is not the same place as 10 years ago AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE. Plus 2 burgers and fries that I couldn't even eat...
