Horrible place! I used to come here once a week with my daughter to get milkshakes and after tonight's experience it will be our last visit. We ordered a large milkshake to split tonight and we recieved a large shake only filled about 2/3 up. So I questioned the girl asking her if this was how it was suppose to be to see what her response was and she replies yes. I then proceed to explain to her that we visit this location every week and it's never been like this. Her immediate response was "well things have changed"! I was astonished by this response, not only was it rude it really had no explanation. I then asked if there was a manager there I could speak to in regards to this change and she simply just said no. So meanwhile I told her that I just wanted a medium instead of the large because I didn't want to pay $6.99 for a drink that wasn't even full. She shrugged her shoulders and looked at me crazy but then poured the drink into a medium glass (which it filled up perfectly). While she poured it I asked who the manager was and at first was told she didn't have that information but then gave me the name Jenny. I asked how I could reach Jenny and she didn't know. I then asked if she could just give me the phone number to the location and I could call later and again she had no idea what the phone number was. There was a young man who was also working there so I asked him if he knew the phone number there and he just looked at me and said no and said that the other girl I was dealing with already was above him. No one could give me any answers or at least they just pretended like they knew nothing. If it wasn't for another customer who was standing in line that leaned over and proceeded to tell me that the owner of this baskin robins was also the owner of Strings in the same parking lot I wouldn't of recieved any contact information. I've worked in customer service my entire life as a manager an this kind of service and behavior is totally unacceptable. These two kids should not have been left to run an ice cream store with out knowing how to take care of customers and handle situatuons. They also should have contact information to give out incase there is ever a situation like this. The girl who helped me was Stephy. She should def be trained better with how to help customers and provide better service. I will never be returning to this place again. It's $40 extra a month I will...
Read moreNot pleased w the ice cream cake I picked up for my grandsons birthday. It was just a small mint/chocolate cake 2-4 serving, just right for us, but it was frosted on its side! The cake layer should have been on the bottom, ice cream on top but when we cut it some slices were nothing but cake, some nothing but ice cream because they took a chunk and laid it on its side instead of leaving it upright so the layers stayed stacked!
