Bobo's Burgers — Restaurant in California

Horrible customer service they are serving our community without a care in the world I spoke with the owner this morning he assured me there was nothing he can do about the way his business is ran that was crazy myself and my husband are business owners we control everything that goes on with our business.. the issue this morning on August 23rd at 8: 20 in the morning.. me and my family eat at bobo's at least three times a week I have the bank statements to prove this we will no longer be eating at this bobo's on Firestone and Hooper rather Manchester and Hooper because the owner told me he cannot substitute a slice of bread for 4 pieces of pork me and my family do not eat meat bread is way cheaper than meat we always pay for the meal and just throw the meat out so instead of wasting good meat that they can sell to someone else we asked if we can have an extra slice of bread instead.. we were denied.. they have to do better with customer service especially the owner I've been in this community since 1984.. I've never seen any of these people work there including the owner me and my family have never been so irritated over a simple piece of bread most people would want to give bread instead of meat that will save them and their business money I will be contacting the better Business bureau about this customer service this is my community treat people better.. I also forgot to mention when I asked to speak with the manager no one even moved to get the manager for about 3 minutes and when the manager came he looks outside at his long line as if I'm holding it...

I will start by saying that the Pastrami Sandwich is very, very good. I drive all the way across town to get it. However, a few complaints: some of the staff could use better customer service skills. I ordered a Pastrami Sandwich there, a couple of weeks ago, and the young Latino who took my order, failed to inform me that it the menu price doesn't include cheese. If I didn't check my order, before I left, I would have been quite upset when I got home. I don't know of anyplace which sells Pastramis, that doesn't automatically include cheese! Lastly, I don't like the fact that the cashier handles cash money, then touches the containers of food and hands you your order. I understand that the food is in containers. But, that's still unsanitary. I worked at Wendy's, Domino's, and (in Las Vegas) as a cashier at the Venetian and Capriotti's. That was NOT allowed. One had to scrub up to the elbows or put on gloves to touch ANYTHING after handling money! But, the young Latina is nice and they do give decent portions for the price. So, I'll...

I’ve been coming to this specific Bobo’s since I was 3 years old with my mom. Once I was old enough to go on my own, that's exactly what I've been doing! All the OGs who still work there know me and my whole family—we’re like one big family.

The food is always on point, the service is top-notch, and the flavor is amazing. Please don’t change a thing! I’m also really glad they updated the place—it looks even more inviting now, making it even easier to swing by for a bite. Thank you, Bobo’s!
