Read moreIt's ok to take a stroll in the day time. There's a lot of homeless folks there and closer to the recreation center there's a lot of parked cars who are smoking a lot and possibly drinking. On another note they do have a pool its opened to the public from 12:30-2:30pm free of charge all ages. It's good for those who live near by and trying to stay cool for the summer. It's pretty safe majority of the time, but for my girls out there who plan to walk or exercise here, please make sure you're not alone or walk to the front of the park near the bus stops and metro.
