Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in California

This place is in need of qualified management and personnel training. Stopped in to get a burger and onion rings. I have never been in a Carl's Jr., which is so poorly managed. The ladies who were taking my order (the only customer at the counter for a good 15 mins), were unable to speak good English and I received the impression they could not understand English well. They seemed confused and very lackadaisical about what they were suppose to be doing. Their manager was in her office and did not seem to be involved in what was going on. I watched as one person was making mistakes on orders, then taking lettuce and onions off placing them to be used on a different order. The only one who seemed to have any skills was a tall dark haired woman. Unless there is some serious training, I don't recommend this location. I just wonder how many orders...

This Carl Jr. is rude and unprofessional, we pulled in tonight to order dinner when the car in front of us pulled ahead we pulled up and were asked nicely what we would like to eat, when we started giving our order a guy jumps on the mic and say's we are closed and the car in front of us was the last customer, he didn't apologize or any remorse. this was at 9PM I looked at my watch and it said 9:01 so we had been in line before their close time only to be rudely told that we wouldn't be served. five minutes later we were driving through the parking lot and noticed someone else backing out of the drive thru, Carls Jr. still had all their lights on including the drive through lights. Very poor...

Made a DoorDash order just for the store to mess up my order and proceed to tell me that the order I made was correct. I made a call with them and all you hear is beeping then arguing about who made the DoorDash. “Hurry up because I have eight customers infront of me” as I was telling her my DoorDash name for my order just for her to keep telling me that my order was correct. I order a cheese & sausage biscuit combo and I got a burrito instead. I can’t believe I had to constantly tell her that I made the order for a burger biscuit not a burrito until she finally agreed that I did order a burger. Terrible service and I will not be ordering...
