This takes place on April 3rd at 4am. The night shift lady is very rude and unprofessional and she needs to be fired. I tried doing a uber eats order and apparently she paused the orders coming in but it still let me place it, The delivery driver arrived, and she tries telling them that my order was never placed, even though I was charged and she said That it never went through. So I called the delivery driver to talk to the person myself to ask what’s going on and she was rude to me on the phone with the delivery driver right there. She basically said there’s Nothing she can do, but I didn’t hear too clearly Because the phone was cutting out, so I told The Uber eats delivery driver to cancel the order because I didn’t wanna waste anymore of their time. They waited there for 10 minutes And still nothing from them, thinking that she was preparing My order. So then I call the Carl’s Jr. location where they said my order was not placed And they answered and I talked to the lady and she was so rude and basically told me to go F myself and talk to Uber support. so I did and Uber support said she paused the orders coming in so I tried calling back to the Carl’s Jr. and she repeatedly denied the phone call over and over and over I called at least 10 times and still no answer. She has wasted my time and she does not deserve to be working there. And to the owner, you better talk to her or fire her because this is not OK with the customer service. She has horrible reviews already, and as soon as I saw the Reviews it really pissed me off even more that you guys still let her work there. I get it sucks to be working a graveyard shift, but that’s no excuse to be rude...

I paid in cash for my order (5 famous stars, 3 large fries and 1 jalapeno) but for some reasons my receipt showed that I paid using a visa card! My friend belatedly wanted to order drinks, so I asked that the order be corrected to include at least one combo (which I know could be done) but the server, Emily, would not. Of course it would not be done because a credit card was used to pay instead of my cash. So I ordered one drink and I was charged $4.00 plus for that single drink. When I went back to Emily, and I asked why I was charged $4 Nikia checked and told me bluntly that it was for 2 orders. No apologies, no nothing. When she went back to me her voice was very loud and was close to yelling -- very, very condescending and rude, as if she was talking to a child.
I am a big fan of Carl's Jr. We go to LA Fitness gym three times a week and we always use your drive-thru service. My friends wanted to go to McDonald's which is also very near our fitness center but I insisted on Carl's Jr. I never had problems with your Carson St. and Avalon locations though. Everyone is friendly there. But this Sepulveda location is something else. I also saw Nikia arguing with a guest twice. If I need to bring this matter to the management team of CKE Restaurants, then I will...if only to save the location and the image...

I said, A order of Onion rings please and she acted like she had no product knowledge of what Carl's Jr sells. She asked, So do you want a order of onions on the side?? I said I want a order of onion rings and she says it comes with onion rings. A regular double cheeseburger doesn't have onion rings on them and I tried to explain it to her but she didn't understand. I said look at the menu, see onion rings it's made in the fryer!!! And she still didn't understand what Onion rings was, this restaurant really needs to hire some qualified employees.
