I had a fantastic experience at Casa de Lago in Oak View! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I ordered the Green Salad, a Bowl of Soup, and Hard Tacos — each dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The salad was crisp with a refreshing dressing, the soup was hearty and comforting, and the tacos had the perfect crunch with delicious fillings. Everything was absolutely delicious. This is definitely a locals place. We went in the first time starved after doing a tremendous yard clean up nearby. The servers are friendly, the salsa is mild but fresh, the chips are delicious! I'm sitting here right now eating a number one combination plate. My daughter is having a two Taco plate and my granddaughter is sharing off of our plates. The food is always the very best.
