I hate doing this. But yall have to step it up at this location. Tonight I ordered mosserella sticks on the phone to pick up as part of my order. The kid , I say kid because he is clearly young gave me bread sticks with cheese and said he thought that’s what I meant but wasn’t sure. He said I said cheese sticks. I’m pretty sure I didn’t . Regardless if there’s questions clarify. HE tried to pay for it , I told him No it’s on the business that’s not how it works. Because we all know it’s wrong to charge employees and you guys can right it off as a business loss. Regardless yall owe me 2 bucks and some change. He also forgot my artichoke which he put on so maybe yall owe me less than 2 bucks now. My salad had 1 single piece of feta. That sucked.
Anyways, it’s not just him. He’s just a kid and mistakes happen but , In the last year I’ve been here for dine in and pick up alone and with my boyfriend, I’ve been with friends, and every single time there’s something wrong with the order. EVERY SINGLE TIME . Dine in you guys gave me burnt inedible potatoes logs that the cashiers agreed were burnt and didn’t look good. Picking up wise twice there’s been pizzas that were missing toppings that I didn’t notice till I was home. It’s frustrating because no one wants to drive to further locations. So can you please please please just get it together? Read moreI am only giving a 1 star review because there's not an option for negative stars. My family and I have been loyal, regular customers of Cataldos for years now. We usually love their pizza and the service used to be awesome. However recently the food has not been as good because they changed their ovens. On March 15th we ordered 2 large pizzas and breadsticks for delivery from the website. I ordered at 6:18 pm. At 6:47 pm their website said my order was picked up. By 7:11 almost 30 mins later my food was not delivered. I called the store and was informed that my order was still there, that the driver was still waiting. I told her ok no problem, I just didn't want cold food. At 8:11 Pm the driver arrived, jumped out of the passenger side of the vehicle with my food. Said sorry I had car trouble. My food was COLD, THE BOTTOM OF THE BOXES WERE SOGGY!....um...NOPE.... we went to the store with all of the food unopened and uneaten. Asked for a refund and for the owner to give me a call. I have received no call from anyone as of yet. I am pissed and will not be ordering from here again. 2 hours and almost 70 dollars for cold pizza is unacceptable. Read moreI have loved cataldo's pizza for the last 5 years. Thin crust, foldable, extra cheese. Its the only pizza I have eaten in 5 years. I was even willing to forgive the small lapses in customer service like the time I ordered a salad and pizza for delivery and they forgot to bring the dressing. The driver told me I would have to eat my salad without it. I called and they apologized and sent it right out. Good fix. However the last time I ordered pizza, it came overcooked, very thick crust and smaller than usual. I called and the guy told me too bad, not his problem and hung up on me. I was so annoyed I drove pizza back to restaurant and demanded my money back. Funny thing was another guy was complaining about his pizza (same issue, overcooked, hard, thick crust).
