Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in California

I have eaten at this location many times. Every time I go in they have a new person who's being trained. It's getting really annoying now. Also, in the beginning, when they had just opened this place, everything was so clean and the food quality was so so good. Lately, cleanliness and food quality, both have diminished. I actually stopped ordering the steak burrito because 90% of it is so chewy and fatty that I have to spit them out. The other thing I've noticed is how little they put chicken in my burrito it's like they count the pieces! It's so bad that lately I pay the extra money and tell them to give me extra chicken! I also pay extra for the guacamole and they put so little of that in my burrito. It's really ridiculous now. Should I pay extra money for extra guacamole now too?! I swear two days ago I went to relays and bought a whole cooked chicken and then went to this place and bought my chicken burrito that of course came with very little chicken; came home and put the chicken from relays in my chicken burrito! yeah! The guy making my burrito was a newbie of course. He had such a hard time rolling my burrito! I felt so bad for him. Anyways. I’ve gone to this chipotle for quite a while & Until there is a change in management I would HIGHLY recommend going to any other one. You are going to pay way too much , for too little food and more than half of the time treated poorly by most (not all) employees.

For the employees there that are actually trying to do right by the customers you guys deserve better and respectfully I would recommend switching locations or just finding a better restaurant to work for.

I’ve been in there twice while someone who appears to be the boss was in and the whole atmosphere felt awkward. I witnessed him argue with a customer because he asked for a little more meat on the tacos that he skimped him on !! VERY unprofessional. I ordered on the app before leaving work to pick it up on my way home. I work in Folsom and live in sac. I got all the way and sat down to eat and realized there is no salsa, barely any cheesy, and barely Andy sour cream. Mind you I asked for two types of salsa and received none. I also asked for extra cheese and extra sour cream which you are charged for. I don’t mind that it costs extra but if I am paying extra I expect there to be extra not a few shreds of cheese. This is not the first time l have had this happen when ordering from the app. This is the first time going to this location and I probably won’t be back. The El Camino location also has this problem.
