Ive been taking my reusable Starbucks cold cup to various Jamba Juice locations for a few months now, mostly because of the 20% off discount for bringing in a clean reusable cup that fits the size youre ordering.
I came to this location today, and the lady rung me up for full price. I asked for the 20% discount for a reusable cup, And she launched into a diatribe about how that discount only applies to Jamba juice branded reusable cups. I said I've used this cup at other Jamba juice locations multiple times, and she continued her diatribe about how the other locations shouldn't have given me the discount. Upon leaving I read the entire promotion on the front door, and there is no stipulation requiring a branded cup. I will not be returning to this location, and instead go to any other location in the area.
That person isn't interested in reducing plastic waste, she just wants you to buy her...

But the Cheddar Tomato Twist was rock hard even after heating! Obviously at LEAST a day old, and I'd guess considerably more! Not edible! The Peach perfect was delicious as usual, but oddly not really the smooth smoothie I've grown to expect. Disappointed overall. Too much trouble to bring the food back, and that's especially frustrating. UPDATE: Within a day, the local management team issued me a refund for the portion of the food that "offended" me.
