Claw Daddy's Cajun Seafood — Restaurant in California

I wasn't sure what to expect from this place but it was recommended by a good friend when we asked for seafood suggestions. The outside isn't very attractive and the parking lot was ridiculously small on the side of the road. But we decided we won't judge the book by its cover. And we're so glad we did! The food itself was absolutely delicious! Got the #2 combo with your choice of 3 meats and got corn and garlic bread with it. We ordered shrimp, crab legs, and crawfish. We ordered my son a separate meal just in case he didn't like the seafood. You get no plates, no utensils and you eat the delicious meal all on paper covered tables with plenty of paper towels to try to keep the mess off your clothes. I will say that the food was fantastic and we, a group of 3 adults and one child, were absolutely satisfied with our food! Other than that, everything else was good, but not stellar. There's no real drink/soda machine. You get to buy canned sodas. The service was ok. The ladies were nice but seemed like they would rather be elsewhere. The place could look cleaner and could use a fresh coat of paint. They had floor fans everywhere but yet there were flies at the table (one or two that kept coming back for our food). The bathroom could have been cleaner and the toilet itself wasn't working in the women's restroom. BUT ... People kept coming in and when we left, there was hardly any free table to sit at. The food 100% made up for everything else! We would go back in...

This place is bomb! My wife and I went on 11-8-19 for our anniversary. It was our first time going. The staff was very friendly. Menu is straight forward filled with various options you would expect from a crab boil type establishment. We ordered the king crab and crawdads with "give it to me daddy" spice and kickin heat. We added corn, garlic bread, and sausage. Food came pretty quick and the smell just blows you away. You can taste all the wonderful spices before you even get a piece in your mouth. This is definitely a messy eat but that should be expected. Nonetheless, there were a number of risk takers sporting white...I had blue plaid and would rethink that option for my next visit. It's too good not to go full bore into the eating experience. We will be going back, the flavor was amazing, pricing was as should be expected and you can pre-check the menu and pricing on their website. Only advice I have is order more sausage. We didn't know what to expect and got 1 order of sausage, which is 4 pieces in the bag. The sausage was good quality and full of flavor. I would recommend 3 orders just to get that extra bang. I ordered combo number one 1 with 2 pounds of shrimp potato’s sausage and corn I live about 30 minutes away to get home and the potatoes are raw thier was only 3 sausages called them to let them know spoke to someone I told her what was going on they told me they would replace the sausage and potatoes I said wasn’t worth the drive just for those items she transferred me to some that could possibly help me better which was the “Manager Hope “ she offered to replace my whole order I ended up going to pick up my order only gave me the sausage and potatoes I told them I thought I was going to get my whole order replaced if not I wouldn’t have drove for just the sausage and potatoes I even offered to take the food I had originally bought to show them they said no they believe me so drove out thier for just potatoes and sausage because she states she never said she would replace the whole order I wouldn’t have gone for just the sausage and potatoes only reason I went was cause she clearly stated she would replace my whole order worst...
