Honestly, I was under the misunderstanding that this location was connected by one owner to the other locations in Plymouth, Shingle Springs and Amador. But it wasn’t.

Food wasn’t bad, just pricey and the items we ordered weren’t explained so we had to send one item back and have it remade. Something that could’ve been avoided if the server had explained or clarified.

This location only has wine and beer - while the first one we went to, we were blown away by their food, service and the bar was outstanding.

So we won’t be returning any time soon - now that we know what to expect. The staff was kind and hospitable, so I’m not discouraging anyone from going. Just be prepared for slightly higher prices and know what you want to order when you order it.

We have had family events here and have been devoted customers for years but the last few times the food has been utterly terrible. The last time it made my uncle sick and this time we decided to try once more and picked up the food to take home to my elderly grandpa who loves this place. All of the meat was either dry or chewy and the beef in my taco tasted like cleaning product. We threw away nearly everything besides some beans and the chips and salsa. That’s three meals in the trash, two of which they got wrong. When I called to inform them, the manager said we’d have to bring back the trashed items to get any sort of refund. That is unreal.
