We come here all the time and it's always great. A good mix of beers, ciders, and wine. Their Imperial Mutsu might be my favorite cider of all time. Strong but easy to drink, clean, crisp, and delicious! Their chicken sandwich is a must try, definitely get it spicy, seems like they recently kicked it up a notch with new sauce and it's perfect.
Edit: Solid Ground is still at least a monthly staple for us. I recently tried every local hard cider producer and in my opinion Solid Ground is by far the best. The beer is pretty good too.
The food is great, though the $1 spicy option on the chicken sandwich has been pretty weak for a while now. Sometimes I wonder if it's even any different than the normal one. The sandwich is still really tasty and cooked perfectly but I think it should be kicked up a notch! Throw some of those red peppers on that come with the Ugly Nugz and it...
Read moreIt’s super awesome that Diamond Springs has Solid Ground Brewery. My family enjoys meeting up here. It’s family friendly even though it’s a brewery. Besides their beers, they have pretty tasty food menu options. Plus they occasionally host live music.

Family members raved about the shrimp sando. The shrimp is dressed in a butter mayo, seasoned with Old Bay and served on a toasted New England roll. But when we ordered it last week, all three sandwiches had the shrimp undressed and just seasoned with Old Bay. Ohh I was feeling skinny and wanted that butter mayo (butternaise). It was still tasty though. To add, the shrimp are a good size, not tiny but get real … not...
Read moreThe perfect combination is happening at Solid Ground Brewing and Winery, when a winemaker and brewmaster collaborate. they are pushing the boundaries of beer using wine making techniques. Such as, barrel age projects and blending wine into beer to create harmonious hybrids. Their 2022, Ria won a double gold in the San Francisco Chronicle wine competition and best of show at the international canned wine competition. The brewery conveys a log cabin feel with high ceilings, tall tables and a brick tap wall. The chicken sandwich was tasty, but the shoelace fries were my favorite. This could be a good date spot if bar games were available. There is live music on the weekends, which might make it difficult to talk if you were on a date. IG:...
