This is my 3rd review and let me tell you I just had dinner from here for the first time, it is the best meal I've had in this area, the entire meal was phenomenal, the tri tip was tender and cooked perfectly, the BBQ corn 🌽 was amazing, the baked beans were sooo yummy, the garlic bread was also sooo good, and I'm not usually a big fan of vegetable beef soup but theirs was so delicious!!! The price was extremely reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you get! Its an understatement when I say I love this place because I truly love the food, the staff, the incredible service, the prices, and they treat me like I'm family! Don't hesitate to try this place if you haven't yet, once you do you'll be hooked like me!!! David, wife, and staff you all are truly the best!!! I've been ordering from this place since they appeared on my doordash App, they truly have great food and good size portions, I have tried their breakfast menu and their lunch menu. Today I tried their French toast breakfast for the first time, it was so yummy! For lunch their California chicken sandwich combo is very good! Looking forward to trying their dinner menu soon! Keep up the great food and service staff! 🙏😊👍👍👍👍💜 Wanted to add to my first initial review, this restaurant is amazing, the owner along with the entire staff are truly amazing humans, they go above and beyond to make their customers feel so welcomed and like family, I've been enjoying their food on doordash for months now along with my 3 kids, they are so thoughtful and kind, nothing like a nice handwritten message on my to go container wishing me a nice day, I will no longer order breakfast from anywhere else, the food is amazing, their prices are fair, the customer service is incredible and more importantly the entire staff are phenomenal, with a boss and owner that is kind and truly cares about the community and customers! Just had a horrendous experience here this morning. My family and I (party of 8) waited an hour and a half for our food. We asked both the server and manager at the hour mark if they knew when our food would be ready, neither of them bothered to get back to us. We figured it was just one of those busy mornings for them. At around the hour and 15minute mark our kids started to get impatient, and we noticed nobody was coming to update or check up on us. We talked about it for another 5-10min and decided that we gave them enough of our time and started to pack up to leave. Oddly enough, they (and kept) took my grandmas bank card so we asked for it back and said we would pay for the drinks we got. About a minute later the manager steps out and says “ok your food is about to come out, do you want us to box it up for you?” We said no thank you we just want the card, he then told us they charged us the full $120 for our breakfast because “it’s about a minute from coming out”...no joke. We watched as they served 3 tables that were seated after us. We again said no thank you and asked for our refund (rightfully so after an hour and a half). To which they told us they didn’t know how to do a refund....and still haven’t, so now my grandma has to call the bank tomorrow morning and do a stop payment. All the while the owner was inside and the manager told my wife “he’s doesn’t want to come out” and the server told my wife “next time call ahead and make reservations”(for 8??)blew my mind and at that point I had to walk away. Such a shame because my wife and I had been boasting how great this place was and were excited to bring all of our family there.

I’m going to just leave it at that and just warn everyone to be alert with this place. We have eaten there before and had a good time, but this put us off to the point of no return. We are VERY big about supporting local businesses in the village but can’t do that with this...

Worst experience at any restaurant ever. My girlfriend and I went here on a Sunday (yesterday) at approximately 11:15am. We (My girlfriend and I) both work in the restaurant industry. We understand when a restaurant is busy or understaffed. We are VERY patient people. When we arrived we were told it was a 5 minute wait. We waited 5 minutes and were sat at a table almost immediately. It took someone 10 minutes to greet us and take our drink order (aka not our server). Industry standard is 2 minutes on a greeting or acknowledgement of the table by the server. We let that slide. We waited 15-20 minutes for our server to even take our order. That alone shouldn't happen. After taking our order, the server stopped by the table DIRECTLY in front of us two times, that's 2x, to chit chat about LA traffic( we live 3 hrs north of LA) before asking us if we needed a refill of coffee or water. We never EVER have walked out of a restaurant before because I consider it rude and not ok as I work in the industry. That being said....after over an hour of waiting in a simple order of a little village breakfast and a Cali chicken sandwich...we left. I left $10 on our table for the coffee and remaining money for service. As an owner you should be embarrassed. I will NEVER visit your establishment again. I have bartended professionally for over 6 years and have been a server for over 8 years. I honestly don't care how good your food is. I'm not alone in this thought and that's sad. Nothing you say will get me to come back. As an owner I'd be embarrassed that that's the best product I have to put forward. The tables around us felt the same. I just have the...
